Hotel shree Gajanan inn

It was my second time here. For the first time rooms, room service everything was really good and value for money. So only we booked it for the second time, first of all thankful to the hotel shree gajanan inn for taking our bookings for most odd time i. e midnight and accordingly the rooms were kept ready. But unfortunately they forgot to sweep the rooms and also the bathrooms were not clean at all. One of the bathrooms was not even flushed, basically it was so dirty. Thankfully the staff we interacted with were kind and given good service.

The hotel service is just pathetic quite literally. The hotel staff is utterly arrogant and they definitely need to mind their language when addressing the customers. Despite booking a week in advance we were made to wait till 11 pm in the night to get our rooms allocated to us when we had checked in at 6 pm in the evening. The staff is not aware of what rooms are booked by whom and say stuff like "someone else took the booking and hence its not my responsibility". They go so far as saying that take your money back and leave the premises at 11 pm in the night with 14 ladies and kids.

The staff is too arrogant What they say they don't deliver The 3rd floor rooms are so pathetic And even if rooms are available they don't allot the rooms Also the staff says that take your money and cancell your bookings in the middle of the night at 11.00clock with 13 ladies and kids

Waste of money. Cant stay more than 1 night. Lizards moving in Room. Upon complaining to Reception, the reply is ‘adjust kar lo’

I attended my friend’s marriage and overall experience was good. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Take a note that there can be issues with Hot water sometimes. There are geysers but the Tap water is slow and can take time.

Hotel Gajanan Inn is a far better place to stay at Shegaon than hotels near the temple. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and tidy. Bathrooms have no leakages and have a small hot water geyser. The geysers works only in the morning hours. We were ok with this as in warm weather of Shegaon you need hot water only for bathing in morning. Hotel is newly built and I hope it stays clean and tidy in upcoming years. In addition hotel provided bathroom and bathing facilities for our driver for which we are thankful to the owner.

Not very professional people. But you need to be specific about your requirements. Nice place for your family functions. No food arrangement. But there are good restaurants nearby. Dr Agarwal is the owner...a gentleman.
