Sun-n-sand Shirdi

I’ve been staying at this hotel almost every month for the past 10 years, but unfortunately, the condition of the rooms has been steadily declining. This time, it was especially disappointing.||The first room we were given had a terrible smell, forcing us to request a change. While Kamini at the reception was incredibly prompt and efficient in upgrading us to another room, the upgraded room wasn’t much better. It was unclean, the bathroom was run-down, and the slippery, dirty floors were unacceptable for a hotel charging such high rates.||The only saving grace is the staff, particularly Kamini, who truly goes above and beyond to assist guests. However, even her excellent service cannot make up for the lack of upkeep and support from hotel management.||It’s heartbreaking to see a place we’ve frequented for years deteriorate like this. Unless significant improvements are made, it will be hard to justify returning despite the staff’s best efforts.

It is a nice hotel in the town of Shirdi, which is considered to be the place where Satya Sai died and cremated. Even though considering international and national standards it is far below its star rating i.e. 5 star, so far this is the best hotel in this tiny town. Mostly those who consider Satya Sai as their God, come here in his devotion. The hotel is spacious but house keeping needs more attention. If you are looking for your shoe shining, it is hidden in the male bathroom. The hotel doesn’t have egg or non-veg items on its menu as it is pure vegetarian hotel.

Comfortable rooms, and very friendly staff. Good restaurant serving tasty food. Tried their Italian, Indian, and buffets. Except for the biryani which was too spicy, rest of the food is very good. Breakfast spread is lavish with south indian, maharatrian dishes, and fresh fruits, juices etc.

The rooms were fairly clean, service excellent. Surprisingly even the spa service was good. Experienced masseuse (one Anil Pawar) and could relieve focussed aches/ pains.|The pickup/ drop service to the temple was also good and just a call away.

We stay at this hotel any time we visit Shirdi. Location is just good and restaurant serves good food. Overall the Hotel is good. The rooms have started showing their age and needs updating. Otherwise the hotel is good has a swimming pool and gymnasium too.

Stayed in July for 3 days with my family whist coming from UK. |Amrish and the team were great |Constant improvement in service and food. |Have been visiting them for almost 20 tears now. |Highly recommend|Interconnecting rooms were provided |Visit to Sai temple with nice and courteous driver

This is an beautiful place to stay in Shiradi, the rooms were clean , the food buffet was awesome with plenty of veg options. The staff were also very kind and they have free drop and pickup service for the temple that's a very nice gesture. They also have many indoor and outdoor games

I visit shirdi every year on my daughter birthday but this time i choose this hotel and got a beautiful stay in return. They arranged special surprise for the birthday celebration and give all the comfort to my kids for e.g baby mil, khichdi.|FOOD was amazing too.
