I had a truly disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the administration was poorly managed. The staff seemed disorganized, unhelpful, and displayed a complete lack of professionalism. Their rude and dismissive behavior was shocking, making me feel unwelcome throughout my stay. The room itself was in terrible condition, with linens that were absolutely unacceptable. The bedsheets and pillow covers were not only old and worn out but also had a very unpleasant, stinky odor. The smell was unbearable, and it was clear that they had not been properly cleaned or changed in a long time. Despite my complaints, the staff made no effort to resolve the issue or provide clean replacements. A hotel stay should be comfortable and pleasant, but this experience was far from it. The combination of the unresponsive staff, poor hygiene, and lack of basic amenities made my visit extremely uncomfortable. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. There are far better options available in the same price range. Save yourself the disappointment and choose a place that values its guests and maintains a higher standard of cleanliness.

And directly start using bad words. That is totally worst.

Hi Team, First of all thanks for providing the rooms, but as per our main concern regarding the cleaning and housekeeping. Here highlighted the few points. 1). Negligence in hk services. 2). Housekeeping not done last 2Days. 3). Professionalism not maintained by staffs. 4). Not available room services. 5). Booked 2 ac rooms but AC was not working, after said to concern staffs no postive response from receptionist. 6). Water Bottle not provided and after discussion with staffs he said not included. 7). Bathing kit and bath tawel not provided. Finally, observed the hotel only best for Baba temple otherwise services are very poor. Not recommended to my friends circle to stay here. Om Sairam

1. While booking executive told us they will charge 30-40%extra for early checking. 2. But They charge us Rs. 800/- for non ac room. 3. They gave us ac room by 12:00 pm when checking was 11:00 am. 4. Receptionist was rude while checking. 5. Ac room was not clean properly, no proper hot water available 6. No room service was available at all. For even water bottle we have to go to restaurant. 7. Rooms was not good and it was very small.

Bad maintenance and they won’t have hot water in washrooms and receptionists are very scam Actually I have checked in on jan 13 morning and i have paid 1800rs for the room. So I said at morning that I want to extend to evening so they said, ok sir and than they said half off the price , I said ok at the checkout time they are demanding full day rent.

Terrible Experience - Avoid this Hotel! I recently stayed at Tulsi Park in Shirdi, and it was a horrible experience from start to finish. The service was extremely poor—staff were unresponsive and seemed indifferent to guest concerns. The bedding was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been changed or washed in ages. The room itself was filthy with dust everywhere and a musty smell. It felt like no proper cleaning had been done before we checked in. On top of that, the management was completely disorganized. When we asked for basic amenities, it took ages to get a response, and even then, nothing was done. It was clear that they didn’t care about guest comfort at all. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel if you’re planning a trip to Shirdi. There are far better options available. Save your money and your peace of mind—stay elsewhere!

Rooms are not clean at all lots of insects and cockroaches are in rooms. Even they charged for drinking water, no hot water in the rooms. Fabs hotels changed our hotel without our permission and even no breakfast provided after hotel booked with breakfast… Only one thing good is that hotel is near to sai mandir

Had to wait for 2+ hours for the room to be allotted post checkin at 4pm, Too bad rooms, water issue in the toilet, no toiletries provided, service staff was too arrogant, as if he was paying for my stay, had to pay for my breakfast while it was part / complimentary with the stat. Overall very bad experience with the hotel.
