Hotel Bhagirathi

Bedsheets are dirty. Staff didn't clearly mention AC and Non-Ac rooms in the beginning. If auto walas take you here, kindly avoid.

Worst hotel in shirdi and staff are worst at behaviour first we were staying at non ac because of shirdi weather we have to shift in ac room and they charge me as per ac room then night ac was on then we went for darshan around 6 in mrng then we came back i ask them on the ac their were like we cant on the ac u have to pay extra amount for the ac even the room socket were not working and bedsheet was so dirty and unhygienic avoid auto suggestion for hotel look hotel as you feel good and always check the room before making any payment

They have taken money more than actual price as we have arrived at 4:30 AM, and I made the mistake by making the full payment in start. Staff were arrogant and unsupportive. Also everything in this hotel is broken either not working. Shower was just having pipe and TV was not starting, bedsheets were not clean and stinky. Walls were having broken POP all over it and light was dim. Even though they have alloted rooms after 1 hr & 30 min but asked us to checkout in time. When we asked for extension then they shutdown hot water only for our room. Overall I want to rate this hotel in highest negative scale which is possible.

Very bad experience. Purify Drinking water not available here. The room was clean but the badsits were dirty.
