NillThe hotel infrastructure is excellent, cleanliness and tidiness is commendable. So much so that, the tariff they offer is actually discounted. They could easily charge at least 30 percent more. 5 mins walk to the temple. The only thing lacking is training. Staff from reception to the bell boy should be trained to the job. And little active management, supervision will make a huge difference in the experience. The issue I faced was that the TV set top box wasn't recharged, upon multiple requests no action was taken. And a minor thing but which could have been a great boost to the hospitality experience, I requested for a simple carry bag, be it plastic cloth or anything. They refused. Overall value for money. Should try this place.

NillBest hotel for stay. Their everything is simply perfect and best.The staff and everybody here even the guard is very kind and supportive . Their resolution is also very quick. We had a very comfortable and one of the best stays . Overall excellent and highly recommended.

NillI had previously booked Sai Celebrations in the month of February 2024 and had a very good experience in regards to the service offered by them although the rooms gave me a claustrophobic feeling. But this time the experience was unpleasant and the service was disappointing than ever! We checked in around 10pm in the night from our 5~6 hours travel only to learn that the room offered to us was having used linen, pillows, and sheets. The room had human sweat odour which was unbearable. We requested for a room change and it was done immediately. I paid ₹3500/- for a night so that I could rest peacefully before the darshan. There was no complementary dental kit provided, which would be normally costing ₹50/- per kit may be. We asked them to arrange for one but since the store opening time was 9am our darshan had to be delayed. We also had a bad experience with the breakfast - the plates weren't cleaned properly, the quality of food had deteriorated compared to our last visit and there were no water bottles at the counter but a jug of water. There was a to and fro can service provided from hotel to the temple, which most of the hotels do. I was really counting of Sai Celebrations for my trip to Shirdi to be a relaxing one but we were asked to check out at 10 citing that it is a Saturday and they have other bookings as well! ₹3500/- for 12 hours only. Not worth at all! You need to get better with customer service, Sai Celebrations!! Extremely disappointed!

NillEven though the hotel is newly renovated, the maintenance is very poor! I informed Mr. Mayank that I’ve booked a room there for the next day, the pillow covers, bedsheets and the comforters were not changed! As soon as you lay your head on the pillow you could smell the sweat! I have dust mites allergies and I had a terrible night scratching my feet the whole night! The TV channels subscription had expired and I had to call multiple times to get it started! The only positive point they earned is by providing a free pickup and drop facility to the mandir. For everything else I regret my booking there!

Nillcustomer service is pathetic. If you have small kid I would suggest not to stay in such hotel as the staff in night doesnt know how to treat guest. There were many issue after the check in but we ignored at first instance like TV was not working we had called thrice but nobody turned up till checkout. hot water was also one of the issue. Later we went for dinner 1.we ordered cheese starter but they said none of the items which include cheese is not availble 2. we ordered sweet corn soup which was like sugar syrup 3. Billing was wrongly done, bottle was charged which we didnt ordered , cheese starter was charged which was not available, starter paneer chilly which we ordered ws not charged. 4 we asked them to amend the bill, we received a reply stating bill goes tp head office we cant amend we will tell verbally and accordingly you can pay. Which hotel cant amend the bill ?? As per my knowledge everbody has that option in thier system. 5 while leaving from restuarant after dinner i had asked for 1 plain chapati , restaurant guy said he will bring chapati n amended bill in roo. 6 it was almost 20 mins they din come i called room service he said" aa raha hai madam abhi" aftee 15 mins i went down n notices the chapati was lying at the reception , when we asked he said " room.number bhul gaye" while placinb the order i had already given room no also when i called they should have asked for the room number id they forgot. in this 45 mins my daughter slept whithout eating anything 7. we went n requested to get the milk warm they said they cant warm.it and give it. even if resturant waz busy they cn also tell us to wait for sometime we would have waited. 8 while checkout they said we have to pay 291 extra we asked for reason girl at reception didnt know the reason she said manager has said to pay this much as while checkin there was some amout mismatch. if you are charging anything ypu should know the reason we paid as we wanted to leave to catch a train. 9 while.going we askes if manager is der to tell all this issues she sais he is on break If you are into a true customer service atleast she should have asked us about the problem. One last thing the rooms are good but the owner of the hotel.must must train the staff about customer service and customer handling. suggestion 1.try to add kids menu 2.add breakfast spread and add some staff s during breakfast as at 9am only the counters were empty. ppl were waiting to refill. 3. train the staff

NillWaste of Money staying here. No clean rooms or bed spreads . Booked deluxe double room with complimentary breakfast. Worst breakfast provided . Not even toothbrush kit provided . This is the last property very away from all the main places . Though it's only 1 km away from temple this is the last property so we can't go out in the late night after 9pm. Worst experience faced first time. For two nights the cost was Rs.10500 which is not worthy . They were many other good hotels best than this Worst Hotel .

NillI recently stayed at this hotel in Shirdi, and my experience was disappointing. Despite the initial impression of a clean room and good ambiance, the reality was quite different. The water supply was unreliable, taking nearly 45 minutes to resolve during my bath. Breakfast options were limited and unappealing, with cleanliness issues in the utensils. To top it off, frequent power cuts disrupted my stay. Overall, the hotel fell short of basic expectations, and I wouldn't recommend it until these issues are addressed.

NillNot recommended to stay. They never worry about comfort of guest. They just have their own rules only i.e. I request then just bake the bread but they rudely denied, I request them to drop at PRO Office but they denied and drop at gate no.3 We requested to clean room after 3 hrs of check in and their staff visit the room and told that room is clean no need to clean it. Very bluntly answered and denied your every request. Not providing drop facility for Kakad Aarti. Rather than stay at Temple View, Sai Baba International, and many more options are there.
