Hotel Sai Gold Inn

Pathetic service and rooms ! They were bent on harassing everyone of us. Restaurant pic shown here is fake and also room pics. Flush doesn't work , toilets are not cleaned since days. So the groom side booked this hotel and we bride side people had no choice but bear all their tantrums. They used to switch off the ac and fans if there are few people in the hall. Food is average and bottom line is these people don't know to run the hotel. No wifi in rooms which is a shame. Hope and wish this hotel shuts down.

Very unpleasant stay here on 30 sept 2023 night. Toilet flush wasn't working at all and they were like abhi thik kar deta hu , abhi thik kar deta hu , yet they didn't. It was 11:30 PM when they finally said they couldn't repair it and we were left with no choice other than rotting ourselves there for that night. Their badsheet were not clean upto that level we were looking for at that price range. Ceiling fan wasn't working properly. It could have been a nice stay if they work on these issues. Hotel location is great. Staffs were also good. Just that flush thing ruined our night .

No one should book this hotel. Pathetic service. The owner of the hotel switch off the light, fan, ac and even the lift. Even after requesting him to start he talk rudely and don't start the electric supply.

I visit Shirdi every year. I stayed in hotel nd observed, Hotel staff,amenities,cleaniness excellent. I recommended my friends relative to stay in same hotel nd they did nd have same good experience. Keep it up guys , we will stay in Sai Gold Inn only whenever call by Sai Baba to visit Shirdi.

Ambience is good, it makes you feel as you are at your home, staff is always ready to help, cleanliness is the top priority for them. Rates are reasonable.
