Temple Tree Hotel Shirdi, a member of Radisson Individuals

I recently stayed at Hotel Temple Tree Hotel Shirdi and had an amazing experience. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was extremely courteous and always ready to help. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options — fresh, tasty, and well-presented. The hotel’s location was perfect, close to all major attractions yet peaceful. Special thanks to the HR Manager Mr. Kapil for Wonderful Support and Again Many Thanks To GM Mr. Sushanta Sahu for Wonderful Gesture & front desk team for their warm hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. Looking forward to my next stay!

I booked my reservation through Cleartrip, and upon arrival, I was shocked to find the hotel completely under renovation. The entire place was filled with dust and debris. Guests were being taken through a shabby service lift, which was extremely dirty, and even the rooms were dusty and far from usable. You ask for tea and snacks and thats delayed. You ask for wifi password and the front office has no clue about it. The person says the in-house telephone does not work and i need to call a mobile number for any further assistance. You call that number its always busy and no courtesy to return the call back. While the hotel staff did acknowledge that they failed to inform both guests and Cleartrip about the renovation, the lack of transparency caused major inconvenience and wasted my time. This review is purely based on that lack of communication, which is unacceptable for any hotel. Transparency is the minimum expectation.

Good Hotel to stay with family.||Huge property with heritage look and furniture. Fairly large rooms, good cleanliness, prompt service. ||You will not feel staying in city, it is calm and serene experience. Peaceful stay. ||Restaurant - Excellent food quality, ala carte meals, buffet breakfast. Service is good. ||Ample car parking

I stayed with my family at Temple Tree, Shirdi from yesterday to today — this is my 4th stay here, and every time has been wonderful! We truly love staying at this place. The kids had a great time enjoying the pool, garden, and the fun magic show.||A special thanks to Aditi and Sonu for their excellent hospitality and for taking such good care of us during dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. Looking forward to coming back again soon!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and well kept, and the food was delicious with good variety. The staff was very polite, attentive, and always ready to help.||The garden was another highlight — nicely maintained, green, and full of beautiful flowers and plants, which made the whole place feel very peaceful.||It’s a bit on the pricey side, but the overall experience and service make it completely worth it. Highly recommended!

Had a great experience staying at Temple Tree for our Shirdi darshan. I really loved the stay and food. Especially staff is very welcoming & courteous starting from reception, dining & room service. At the Dining every staff is so eager to serve nice food according to our likes & especially to mention in our case Aditi took much care. Overall had a great time & I recommend anyone planning for Shirdi.

The hotel in every respect is superb. Wife and I were particularly very pleased with the quality and service of the in-house restaurant. The quality and taste of complete varieties of food items are extremely good. We loved interacting with ADITI , restaurant staff, who is so caring and wonderful. Her personal attention is outstanding.

A total disappoint with this hotel. Despite reading the reviews and the rating, it was totally the opposite of what I encountered. Firstly, the upon checkin the staff was so unsure of the procedures and took copies of our passports without even providing any explanation on the reason for that as the we know that the informations in the passports are confidential. Upon clarifying, the staff mentioned it’s for record purpose and kept asking for OIC when i tried explaining that the passport has everything. Next, she mentioned that breakfast is not included in my booking and I will need to pay for it, though my booking did mentioned that breakfast was included upon booking and she insisted that the hotel does not come with breakfast for all stay until I had to open the booking to show her. She had to get another staff to verify before confirming, which totally made my whole check in process and very bad experience. The second disappoint come in after checking in into the room. Totally old, unkempt looking, dusty and dirty floors and toilet was full of moulds and filthy looking. The towels were dirty. The making of the room was late. The small of the hotel was bad. The bed had bed bugs that ended up my child had several bites. The breakfast was limited and no top done. The food was not that great. The transport service to the shiridi temple was also not within stipulated time, they mentioned to wait for 10mins but it would be like 20 mins and if there is many ppl we will need to wait for the next car which then takes double the waiting time. Overall my experience with this hotel was a total disaster. The rating and reviews given for this hotel was totally unjustifiable. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. My family has traveled to shiridi many a times and the hotels that are within shiridi temple areas are much better based on their reviews.
