Hotel Sai Palkhi

Staf is third class n they don't have knowledge to deal with customers infact they are not co operative don't spend your money at this third class service property I would prefer staying at street rather then at this hotel

This hotel is not just a hotel. It's like my second home now. The staff members are just awesome they will always treat you like a family member. And very quick services provided inside the hotel. And temple is just 3 minutes away by walking distance. I would like to say you guys should must visit. I lived almost 15 days and at the end my heart was like not to leave such a beautiful place and their tremendously awesome staff members all were like my forever friends. 🙏Thank you for everything & special thankx to Sharad. 100% right decision to spend my days in Sai Palkhi hotel. God bless you all💫💫💯

Worst experience faced with the front reception. Scenario1: we checked in at 9:20 am and asked the receptionist if we were going to checkout at 2:00pm.What was the price for the room. So he asked for 1000rs and we agreed. Scenario2: we arrived to hotel by 4:20pm because of late at saibaba Darshan. So the hotel reception demanded 300rs extra for late check-out and we asked him we can pay 100 extra. The receptionist was so rude to me that talking in Marathi and was so mean. This is not a good at all how the hotel staff deal with the customers and demand money. Finally we agreed to pay 300 extra and asked for receipt. The receptionist started fighting with us and demand us he will give only 1000rs receipt and the late fee could not be given in the receipt.

Very bad experience faced with the room boy & the washroom is getting dirty smell in room no:301. We have asked to change the room but they are not accepted & we decided to check-out the room. They stopped us to stay at that hotel & accepted to show another room but i.e., more than dirty room than diz room. The next day morning, we check-out the room.

Staff : Friendly, helpful and adjusting||Distance from Temple : Only 2 minutes walk from the hotel||Distance from Prasadalay : 2 km approx from the hotel ||Capacity : Not too crowded. Has ample parking space.||Tidyness : Rooms are small but very clean and tidy. Even washrooms are very clean.|||Overall a very good hotel to stay for a few days. Best thing was that the rooms and washrooms were very clean and temple is a few steps away from the hotel.||Surely visit...
