Extremely bad experience.. have been coming here for past 12 years since 2012... restaurant is bad.. bed sheet had fresh menstrual stains.. sheets are not changed.. overnight receptionist poor response... food created diarrhoea and vomiting...

The room is dirty staff is very slow the breakfast was included there was not anything they were saying that you will get idli upma and uppam nothing else. The entrance is too posh but the rooms are not cleaned the experience was too bad 😕.

Worst place ever, the staff is not at all cooperative. Unhygienic they don't even give fresh bedsheet. We had booked 3 rooms and in ll the 3 rooms the condition was same and it had hair dirty marks etc. When we asked them to replace they told us it's impossible and I can take refund and go.

Located within 3-4 mins. walking distance from Gate no. 2. of Shirdi Temple. Well maintained Rooms & at very very affordable rates, Hotel Staff is also very Co-operative (Changed my room on a higher floor as A.C. had some issue). My Stay was pleasant & will stay here on every visit, provided they maintain the rooms as per my last visit (on 01st May 2023).

It is good hotel. But most surprisingly, there is no coordination among staff members for any of the services like House keeping, room service, restaurant services. It is near Saibaba temple. It needs improvement in customer service.

Absolutely the worst service. We booked 2 rooms for 5 people and requested both rooms beside each other they agreeed on it. When we reached they said we have rooms on different floors. We argued but they said only two rooms are left. They sent us room pictures but they were totally different from the room we got. Rooms were dirty not cleaned. Bathroom was not cleaned We didn't had any tv module. Don't visit this hotel even though the manager was rude.

Rooms and bathroom actually stink badly. You won't get what you paid for. I paid for the Triple beds deluxe room and I got only 2 beds. I got to adjust and pay a five star hotel's room cost. They don't even have the courtesy to apologise for not offering what was promised.
