Hotel Swaraj Delux

Never ever visit this hotel. Even I also read review but I just avoided. But trust me it's total worst than worst first of all the major problems is light there is no electricity backup only it's available for 6pm to mg 8pm. And this thing they will not tell you once u will start complaining they will said it's written here in reception why u didn't read what is available n what is not. They are very very rude n not professional no cleaning at all no tv. No dustbin bucket. They only plus point is it's very near to the main gate of sai baba mandir and bhojnalaya.

Very sad to say that we hd the worst stay experience. We went with family n kids booked our rooms there were long list of rules n regulations. Apart from dat we hd booked two rooms so our kids were going from one room to another as dey were toddlers. My daughter hd a mobile phone with her whc she kept somewhere in the hotel on informing the staff in just couple minutes of loss dey were unbothered abt our complaint. We requested cctv footage on whc the owner said it will be charged rs 500 to just watch it still we agreed. On looking at the cctv footage I was really very upset as nothing could be seen in the footage rather den the sunlight as if it was purposely kept dat way. They showed no interest in finding out who tuk our phone.

Very poor service and pathetic also, even they didn't provide towel, soaps, & in the midnight also has no power, it's very terrible thing. They are clicking your aadhar card photos in the mobile and they don't have Xerox machine. Very third class service, never prefer this lodge in whole life.

Do we have -star review option..? Very pathetic service. Staff is very rude and giving fake commitment while check in. We will never suggest anyone for stay in this hotel.

Very bad, unclean hotel with low amenities and low level of service. Very unclean washroom, small old style rooms. We paid for Ac room and the manager kept Ac remote with him. We asked him twice to provide the same but he didn't give the remote till we check out from the hotel. There was old style TV and again remote was missing, lift was deliberately kept shut to save the electricity bill. Very bad experience 👎👎👎. Think twice before you pay for such thing even for one day... Thanks.

The third class hotel i have ever stayed with. The owner is pathetic. Only know how the collect the money from the customer but don't care about their stay comforts. The bed is so uncomfortable the hurts like a niddle at the back. Most of the time in the night there were no power. No powwr back up also. Romm is full of mosquitoes. Pathetic.

I booked the room given all documents only payment was left and i went to the room with my son as he wanted to go to toilet. When my wife wanted to come to the room as my son was calling her, they stopped her asking for payment first before going to the room. Hotel staff and management don't know how to talk with the lady. Even all of this miss behaviour i decided to stay suddenly they they asked more money for room and giving nonsense excuse. I suggest, don't go in this hotel with family.
