SPOT ON Vivaant Palace

It's a decent Hotel.. we happened to accidentally find it. 1k for the AC room. Been there twice. Staff is friendly. Never ordered anything to eat so can't rate the food. The distance from the temple is 10 mins on the bike.

The person at the hotel didnot allow do make checkin. Even after booking room and making payment online. They will give non sense reason the price which was listed on oyo is very less. The manager is illiterate. Zero common sense. We explained them calmly and told them to work with OYO because it will impact the business and they gave bullish excuse that it’s customers issue not hotel. We finally manage get room from MakeMyTrip trip on same price and better room. @OYO you should discard them they are ruining your reputation.

1. This is the most fraudulent oyo I have ever seen. All the hotel and room photos in both Google and Oyo app are fake and far from the actual reality. 2. The non-AC room is pathetically dirty and have damaged concrete patches on the walls. 3. There is no power in the hotel room and no backup at the time of check-in. 4. The staff was very rude and not responsive. 5. It’s very far from the Sai baba temple centre. 6. Please stay away from this hotel.

just to share experience which we had while stay in shirdhi as we get down there was no one in reception guy came from somewhere greeted us ask us the details the booking reference which we shared as requested all the conditions were fulfilled. As we entered the rooms we stayed 108 109 both were big but i think by looking the condition rooms were not cleaned from 4 days there were dust all cover even tv and ac remote we have to use it cover with span of dust. The basic amenties like glass teabags kettle which is must for basic hotel standard we are from hospitality background if you need reference i can email you details .. After the dust problem was solved we cleaned ourselves as we were travelling with 15 months daughter checked the bedsheets pillow covers were having yellow marks bedsheets all three of them spots they were not cleaned from last 1 months . we really understand we paid the price what we expect but here we are asking cleaniness hygiene proper maintainence. we are not asking free breakfast include in price proper service can we expect as you are holding oyo sign which will increase the weightage .. please if we expect atleast 2 bottles mineral water as temperature scorching 38 c when we ask courtesy sake 1 bottle would have been added as we travelled in summers. The list will go on and on but please whoever is concern after reading the review can you do something. I am not sure if i will come and visit the same hotel .. thanks and regards shitij mahajan

These beggers dont have courtesy to refund the money. They dont even know how to talk with customer. Seriously worst place. Kindly avoid it.

The place is far almost 2 kilometers away from the temple. This place looks like a renovated building and rooms are spacious but has some kind of odor in the room that may be because of non maintenance of the rooms. OYO brand lost its name and every other old hotel is being part of the brand which is not maintained much but charged too much.

This place is wonderful to stay as it is located in a calm and nature friendly environment. Also in a quick walk We can reach Shridi temple. The hospitality is good and room service is wonderful

Situated quite a bit of the exterior, good as it's quite near the region, Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Services provided were up to the mark. Big rooms and properly functional equipments.
