Hotel JC Castle

Recently we planned a wedding there for 3 days, The hotel was totally good looking, and the rooms were premium and elegant. Locality was very accessible, easy to find,on the main road. The only disappointment was the hospitality and service of the hotel during our stay. Service was very ordinary like any other sub standard hotel,plus we were denied things like nail cutter, scissors, extension box and over the counter things during marriage, for everything answer was NO WE DON'T HAVE IT. So No extra essentials were given. Some of the hotel staff were not even polite with the guests ,even with the bride n groom, as if they were forced to do so. Zero on hospitality to JC castle. They have a small pool but denied to utilise it ,which was disappointing as we had planned a pool party. For most of our guests, the complimentary things like ,water bottles, toiletries,towels etc were given just for one day, rest were not given unless asked upfront. Some room bathrooms are small and shower space is congested. Landlines were not working in several rooms, even after repairing. Snacks and tea were arranged very well in the morning for the guests. Major problem - NO HOT WATER FOR 24HRS AS SAID. Even early in the morning most of our guests complained there was no hot water availability.This was a major issue during winters. The catering and decorators were outsourced and referred. The catering team was excellent and polite. Though the decorators Shraddha decorators , led by the guy named Babban ,were the worst, last moment he messed all things,sangeet stage was set with cheap materials, minimal things were done, nothing was delivered as promised, nothing was co ordinated by him.DO NOT GIVE TO SHARDHA DECORATORS BY BABBAN. I request to double check things and make a contract with the hotel or event guy before hand for marriage.

Worst experience by reception boy, so arrogant guy named Dhananjay. We Refused our booking and booked other hotel at late night. |"Rehneka hai to raho nahi toh jao"|Was the language used by reception authority.|They must need to learn power of customer.

Pros: Big room Good location Fast responding staffs Shuttle service to temple Good food with reasonable price Early checkins Cons: Cleanness of room Bedsheet and pillow covers should be more clean AC water leaking Suggestions: Rooms can be maintained well

Will try to be very specific with the review since i would like to focus on some points. Location: approx 2 km from the mandir, theybhave a free shuttle service starting from 8AM to 8PM as per receptionist, i did not opt for it hence do not have much details. Room : I had a booking of 3 rooms, which are the classic onces not the vip or any fancy once, however room is good but towels were not clean. AC is good but no chair in the room. Hence room is still ok and i am satisfied. Professional Behaviour: Managers here are very unprofessional and do not know how to manage things when it comes to Hotel and services. They assume that customer should adjust and will only say "sory for the inconvenience caused". I have paid good amount of money for a normal room with normal service not asking for something premium service.Atleast be Professional and try identify how to.fix issue rather than giving excuses to customers. Dinning : Dinning is very poorly managed, waiting time is beyond 40.minutes. Normal waiting time in outside restaurant is 20 minutes, their in house restaurant has waiting time.more than 40 minutes. Better to go and visit veg restaurants infront of the stay. I did the same. Lets be polite, communicate and share the updates with customer ratherbgiving excuses and asking them to adjust. Its your problem you should solve it notake your customer to suffer from your inability. For all the users property is good, do not expect timely delivery of the food on your table. Had a worse experience.

About 1km from the temple. Nice for a day or two night. Not worth more than 3500. Nice view.

2 mins by auto from mandir, the hotel has awesome food, very good and polite staff, and great hospitality overall at reasonable rates. Has parking and pool too, and very clean. Improvement areas include maintenance of showers, faucets and drainage in the washrooms, and absolute lack of cleanliness at swimming pool changing room. Morning buffet breakfast spread is good but quality of certain dishes can be improved a bit. Overall, very good experience for my family over 3 nights of stay!Rooms are spacious and clean. Food is good and dining area is also good. For buffet breakfast around 10-15 options. Hotel just 1km away from main temple so quite and peaceful stay.

Best hotel in shirdi.. near to temple.. budget friendly and helpful staff.. I recommend this hotel.. up to date service.. breakfast is good.. Mr Rahul and Mr Sagar helped me for this booking for a large group of family.. rooms are neat and washrooms are clean..
