Rooms were decent according to price but the rooms service was zero. Also the owner is very cunning. He himself gave 5 star rating on oyo app by taking my mobile for some checkout reason.

This oyo has the worst service ever and the owner is extremely manipulative and rude . 1. I had booked a classic room (triple bed) , but at the last moment nearly about 11:57 am( 3 minutes before the expiry of our free cancellation policy) they alloted us a double bed with a mattress room with a beam in between . The reason was the guests staying at our original room extended their stay , how do we suffer for that . The staff was extremely starught forward on this and when asked on this they simply told ( stay here if you want or cancel it ) . 2. They always ask for extra charge for early checkin even if the room is available ( I had a complimentary early checkin upto 2 hours voucher with me )

Everything is so perfect, if you guys are choosing this hotel. Tell them to arrange a cab from Sagar Bhaya, he is 100% honest, reliable, and knowledgeable about the place. You will end up trusting him blindly with your trip to shiridi

It was wonderful experience. The room was very clean and tidy, and also Vivek Sir and all staff was very helpful to get everything in the hotel. Visit again.

Awesome experience, great trip.Really worth of money. Cleanliness was upto the mark, pleasant stay. Next time visit for longer vacation. Hospitality was great.

One of the worst hotel, if there is a option to give a negative rating, i would have given this hotel - (Negative) 5. Never visit this hotel. I booked this hotel for me and my family stay in Shirdi for 2 days. After doing the advance booking 2 months ahead and full payment, when we reached the hotel, first they said the room was sold out and no rooms available for us. When we argued they told they are going to arrange in different hotel rooms for us. But for that, they are asking for the extra money. I was in reception with my family for almost 2 hours argue with them. I booked the room through the 3 party apps, hence I was able to get the refund of my money else those hotel guys will definitely not return my money. Look for other better hotel instead of this.
