Hotel O Sai Sakha

We stayed at Hotel Temple tree when we visited Shirdi . The ambience of the hotel is great. Food was great and the quantity was adequate. The service by staff here was prompt and they were very kind , always welcomed the customers with a bright smile. Aditi, Aravind and Nikhilesh provided exceptional service . Overall, our experience at this hotel , made this trip even better .

Please read this before you book. No service is properly available. No staff to help. No food or restaurant or even water in that case. No dust bins. Fans and AC don’t work. Fungus literally on all the curtains. Please visit Pantry room if you happen to stay here. God it’s worse than a public toilet. No cab or auto service available. Washrooms aren’t clean. Dust on the beds. They are black in colour. Fell sick after checking out so took rest on sofa and apparently that’s also a issue for them. I get it pandemic happened but please at least clean it properly or don’t provide any services at all. Waste of money not worth it. Manager has one reply for everything, lockdown. This hotel has to shut . He Doesn’t really know how to handle. Seems like they just care about money. Please Book somewhere else as you’ll get way better rooms with very much better services at very cheaper prices. Never staying here again.

Worst hotel. I had horrible experience with this hotel and with their staff. I booked my stay with them one day prior of arrival and when we reached the hotel for check-in, the staff denied us to give room. They have given our room to another person by charging high tariff from them. Please avoid to book this hotel for your stay when you visit shirdi. Owners is very very rude and bakwaas person.

Well i stayed here on 23rd Dec for one night, we were 2 couple. Oyo representative over the call told me we will be able to extend our stay for atleast 5-6 hours since we were checking atleast 14 hours late. But this request was denied when we reached the hotel at 3 AM (early morning on 24th Dec). Issues faced: 1. We were charges for the water bottles 2. AC remote was not working 3. No wifi 4. No bath towels were provided 5. Hotel manager was extremely rude. 6. The rooms were cheap but it was dirty as hell. 7. There was very bad damp smell from the rooms. 8. Hotel manager and staff hardly bothered about the experience all they wanted is good rating on oyo. 9. The chair was beoken 10. No soap, toothbrush etc. The hotel was cheap but it wasnt a pleasant experience.

Staff are not at all friendly. I have booked a room online two days before the date. But after we arrived at the hotel they asked for more money.

AC not working, towels not received, no water till next morning at 6am, bedsheet not clean, bath soap and toilet soaps not received, Property owner misguided us related to issue of AC, Towels and when call to customer support started demanding excess money which he not disscus at time of check in hotel. While demanding money first he said he will charge 900 for 4 children and after interval confirmations of 2 child age below 5year he said for balance 2childern he will charge 600. There is no any equation of charging additional money. Really bad experience at time of our valuable family time specially we gather to celebrate my father 65 birthday. Really disappointed.

1.No security. As we reach after 10 PM at night v did not checked much and went to sleep. As we noticed after waking up early in the morning thay window did not have security lock or locking arrangements and also anyone from next the room can walk in luckily nothing was stolen or lost 2. Tap n shower continues leaking 3. I recorded video and also showed the receptionist that there is a lot of disturbance from above floor from 10 it went till I guess 3 Am and later i slept so don’t knw but at morning 7 it started again 4.No cupboard or locker to put 5. Staff was good in terms of behaviour 5 star for that

The worst experience that had in my life is staying in this hotel (Hotel Sai Shaka ) Bathroom are not clean and the service is disaster and staff are soo rude to customers and they don’t even respond to customers as we request anything from them !!
