Hotel Sai KIMAYA

I would not recommend this hotel unless you want to stay for couple of hours or you are on tight budget.rooms are not cleaned nor bedsheets there is smell in room.no hot water available.you get what you pay 650 RS per night you would get good dharamshala at 700 RS per night and that too AC room.

Stayed for 9 days Rooms-full of cockroaches, most of the time there was no electricity... generator is available only in the evening and when there is generator the AC will not work and after the current comes they will not turn on the AC switch until asked and we will be thinking there is no electricity. they have put free WiFi but it is available only in the reception... towel and soap not available. Maintenance- the cleaning lady will come everyday and clean the room but they will not change the sheets and pillow covers everyday. Customer service- when asked to reduce the charge becoz there was no AC half the time the manager was extremely rude. Would not recommend for long stays in shirdi..the price they charge is only for room and water. Hot is located adjacent to garbage dumping area... Advantages- near temple

Hotel located where they dump garages, stinking. Big Ad board in front of hotel as Free WiFi, generator facilities, hot water etc., But none of the facilities mentioned were provided. Most of the time no electricity, power cut, generator facilities only during night time does not support a/c. Owner keeps his mobile switched off, during night if power cut, until some one go down in dark & ask him to switch on generator does not switch it on. Once power comes, they don't switch on a/c switch. Taken A/c room was 9 days stay was non a/c only. Plenty of cockroaches, rats, ants inside room. No pestcontrole done at all, do not recommend this hotel even1%.

we booked this hotel by seeing the photos online. But its completely different in reality. Only reception photo matches. First of all the person at the hotel entry gave us a shock saying our booking is not done eventhough we booked the hotel online and got the confirmation message in mail and sms. After little argument he gave us a room which is very dark. No ventilation at all. We tried to open the windows but saw lot of dust and dirt and left the act. Then he called a lady to clean the room and she wiped the room with such a dirty cloth that the whole room was smelling foul. So we asked him to spray air freshner but he filled phenyle like thing in a spray bottle and sprayed. In the net it was clearly mentioned Free wifi but they doesn't have any.||Frequesnt power cuts were there so during power failure we asked him to switch on the generator for which he refused. All the curtains were torn,extra bed provided to us is also not clean and for that also he charged us separately in cash. No hot water facility and no tea coffee service provided when requested. So totally it was a worst experience. I don't recommend this for family stay. Bachelors can adjust. Only advantage of this place is it is very near to Sai baba temple(only 5 mins walk away)

You can aspect good cooperation but the hotel service is just average; I think Rs 1000 is not worth for the rooms.But if you don't have good choice you can stay here with your family because I'v stayed there with my wife and felt safe.people of shirdi are helpful but my fooding experience was not so good.

A contact phone no provided by cleartrip was not working. Cleartrip don't have updated data with them. ||Regarding hotel:-Room provided was not as shown in photograph. Facilities (Hot water) claimed was not working. No electricity available.||Cleartrip don't have there credential with booked hotels as hotel staff treating customer booked through cleartrip secondary.||In short in my opinion cleartrip after sales service is not to the standard what they are claiming.

Below Average budget hotel. Dont provide towels, No room service, no hot water in my room in the morning, Dont have kitchen for tea, breakfast, dinner. Only one charging point in room of three bed. Very basic hotel as last option for peak season. Clearly Avoid

I have checked in the hotel today in shirdi It's a 2 day stay. I have booked the hotel through yatra with booking reference id 110875575823||||I am really not happy with hotel services/management and the ambiance of the hotel||||How can yatra allow hotels to post such pictures in your website whereas when see it , it's totally opposite. Why don;t you verify? Don;t you think your name gets spoiled by such things?||||I was not looking for anything luxurious but obviously i would need following||||1) If TV is there and it's shown in pics , it should work||2) If they are providing towels ( it should be neat and clean, they have given me the used towels of other guests)||3)Bathroom is leaking from sink area||4)He did not give any buckets, upon asking several times he gave a bucket with pathetic condition||5) He was even asking GST amount of Rs80/- which I am not sure from where it is coming.||6) If it is said 24hr hot water, it should be available.||||All the above things were shown fit and fine as per pic.||||By looking at above, I don't think i will be using your services anytime in future because this is a cheating that you guys are doing with customers and i will also post negative reviews and ensure people don;t get fool like what we are facing
