I had booked a room in this hotel in October 2023 for 1000 with 24 hrs check out which was okay for me and didn't had any problem at that time. Assuming that everything would be fine i again booked a room. First they said it is 1600 for 24 hrs which I negotiated it and finally bought it for 1200 AC room for 24 hrs. Now starts the problem. When i enter the room the AC doesn't work I have to call the reception many times and by Afternoon they switch on from outside. And then a new person comes and says that my owner is scolding that I gave it for less price and asks me more money to which I denied. Now they started to rude behaviour and they said it is non AC room that we have given and if you want AC pay us more. Some how after arguing they switched the AC and again in midnight they switched off the AC Overall i wouldn't rate 0 if I had an opportunity They don't have any tariff mentioned anywhere in the hotel. They decide the price and this hotel is not for family as the rooms are very congested to stay

Though it is close to Shirdi Temple, the quality of room is very poor. No space in a Rs 2600 AC room, poor condition of pillow, bed sheet, floor, even no exhaust fan in Bathroom which is essential. There is no food facility though that might be understood. But why won't a customer have a neat and clean room?
