Hotel O Palkhi Road Near Sai Baba Temple formerly Netra Sai

I had checked into this hotel on 6th Dec 24 and checked out on 07th Dec with my family and had booked two rooms. The experience was very bad. The Air conditioner had issues, bathroom looks shabby with no toiletries , electrical fittings in the room are in bad shape and many not working. The linens also don’t look hygienic. Meals ordered were also not up to the mark. So overall rating is 1/10

Room is good, Very near to Temple just 3 to 5 mins walk. Shampoo not provided i have asked they said they are not provide. Also Hot water is not available throuthout the day please look in to this issue

Hi friends This is OYO hotel 🏨 Room is very clean and washroom is very clean. The best thing is the location is palki road near by Saibaba temple. 5min in walking distance. The hotel is New they are very well maintained. Staff behaviour is very good. Hotels are delivered in, room . Hot water is available. Car 🚗 parking is available. AC room is available.

OM SAI. We had very excellent stay at Netra Sai. Me and my wife felt very comfortable and extended our stay by 1 more day looking at their hospitality. Rooms are near and clean and the service was very prompt. They treated us like family and asked us to participate in Ganesh aarti whenever we were available. Food is available as per needs. They charge very reasonable price compared to other hotels for stay. Special thanks to Vinod Bhai for the wonderful treatment and to their entire team who made our visit very memorable this time. They also provide cab facilities for nearby places visit, airport pick up and drop at best price. PS - call the hotel directly for best prices as the prices in other apps were relatively high.

We had a touch & go stop at Shirdi and so the location of the hotel was perfect. Just 5 mins walk. Lift, Hot water, Blanket etc everything was available.

Excellent service. The owner Mr Vinod Shinde sent the photos to us before we paid an advance . He arranged for a pick from the station to the hotel and bck .. food was awesome.. the poha and kanda bhajis were amazing... the plc is hardly any distance from the temple.. the staff was so helpful .. would highly recommend ... a FIVE star for their excellent and prompt service... thank you Mr Vinod.. i was skeptical as this was a first visit to shirdi like this.. but you ensured everything went off smoothly .. thnk u again

The place is perfect for family. Mandir back entrance is just 2 mins away from the hotel walking. Many restaurants nearby, so food is not a problem. I stay with family with an infant, so milk and all was never an issue. 24 hr hot water. Owner is friend and supportive. They even gifted us Sai murti at check out. Very nice.

We called to book 2 rooms and we were assured they have reserved the rooms for us but when we reached we were only provided only 1 room and asked to wait 1hr for 2nd room but even after 3hr they didn't have 2nd room so we stayed in 1 room. They say the mandir entry is behind the hotel 5min walking distance but it is dwarkamai. Shirdi entrance has changed to gate 7-8 and it is almost 1km from hotel. When we got fresh after 30 -40 mins we saw 2-3 family waiting downstairs for their room. The hotel had overbooked the rooms and there were no empty room available to alot to those families later when we came back from darshan we saw some people still waiting as room was not available then after 4hr these family went to different hotel. The location is almost 1km away from Gate 7-8 (which is the new entry gate for shirdi temple). Hotel owner and the manager lie about room availablity just to get your booking and then ask for advance and when you reach the hotel they say the room is not available and make you wait 1-2 hr and later transfer you to a completely different room. While checking out they either charge you more or give excuses. Won't visit next time here.
