Location is perfect, just next to temple Price is reasonable.... Service is very good and ready to help you always ... They only need to improve the room quality.. But as per the price , it's fine. AC rooms 1200 and non AC 800. 4 persons can stay in a single room. So the deal is 👍

U shld b prepared first of all that whatever u get as a hotel especially at this kind of location appreciate it because it's hard to even get a room due to its popularity.. Hotels R decent bt not really deluxe because I booked fr DELUXE ROOM the toilets were kaam chalau but the room service was bad if u ask them they will provide u bt u have 2 ask actually. The staff was irresponsible bt this is gud tht its very close 2 temple and it will b a gud location which is close 2 the shops as well so the only fayda is location n comeon we dont have 2 spend weekends in it so accept as it is ! SUMMARY: Extremely Poor and low quality lodge, it’s not a hotel guys. Hello Guys, I am S&P Quality Rater from Gurugram, Haryana. I dont know my review will make a difference to Hotel Sai Ratna or Go-Ibibo but still I would like to give a detailed review to those who even started thinking of getting hotel Sai Ratna booked for their stay in Shirdi. The Quality I stayed to hotel Sai Ratna from 10th Jan to 13th Jan 2018 with five other members for which I booked a Luxury 4 bedroom and a Luxury double bedroom from Goibibo website well in advance. Guys, they talk about Luxury but this so called hotel is actually not even a hotel, it’s a poor quality lodge. The rooms are extremely dirty, toilets are pathetic. Broken toilet fittings, Taps in both the rooms were continuously leaking which makes it very difficult to sleep at night with sound of constantly flowing water. And this is not it, this hotel has drainage problem as well so think about the water leaking overnight, not getting drained properly, causing a water logging problem in the toilets. No hot water available, No room cleanup was performed in any of the rooms till our whole stay. I had to ask for towels thrice before they arranged one, as if I was the first customer asking for towels. They don’t know about toiletries, room fresheners, toilet cleaners etc. No television in one room, and a faulty television in luxury room. That's what they know about luxury. (refer to photos that I posted) Highly unprofessional staff, No power backup, No lift, No light in galleries and corridors. They have a 20Watt bulb on their staircases which hardly emits light. For the days we stayed, approx 70% of the time, the power was cut and there was no generator. I don't know how this hotel is carrying business. Overall rating is not even Zero, it’s in minus. Now see their professionalism. When we reached the hotel it was a bit early for which they charged 500 INR for pre check-in, which I paid. They gave us an undersized, badly smelling room on 9th Jan. Next day evening they shifted us in another room which was a four bed room instead of a double bedroom. Then later on 13 Jan, they didn’t gave us any information about checking out time or any reminders related to check out. When we checked out the person sitting on the helpdesk told me to pay the four bedroom charge. He told me, that for late checkout, complete one night fare should be paid which was not at all justified. He even argued and misbehaved. They charged 1000 INR for a night. On the same day the goibibo website was showing this hotel for 354 INR per night. I tried to escalate this issue to the hotel management, so he made a call to the management whose response to me was “The inventory is closed and you can’t pay online." Immediately after which they closed the inventory and hotel Sai Ratna was showing Sold-out on GoIbibo website. Any technically qualified average web developer will easily understand how this hotel was sold out immediately. Getting no way out to this, I asked him to let me pay 500 for late checkout which we paid for early check in, his response was "Who is the boss of this hotel, I or you? Who will decide the tariff, I or you?”, after which I disconnected and paid 1000 INR to them as all my family members were waiting and suffering from all this, including my mother in law who is a cancer patient. So Friends, overall if you want a peaceful comfortable stay, don’t ever opt this hotel. Its worst experience that I ever had in my life.

Worst hotel in Shiridi for many reasons. To start with behavior of the owner is pathetic. He threatened to move us out of the hotel if we don't give good feedback on the register. No parking facility, and you have to park nearly a km away from your own pocket and your car will be all dusted in the morning. Beds in the room are iron cots with torn matters and bed sheet. No staff to carry luggage. People smoking in the corridor.

I had booked a room room for 28 Dec, and check in time give to us was 10 am, unfortunately Mumbai-Shirdi buses reaches Shirdi early in the morning. We reached this hotel at 7 am in morning and thought we will wait at reception until we get our room. But, this place had worse facility, there was no restroom/washroom facility for people in reception. We had to wait for 3 hours just to pee!! There was a brand new TV in the room with out connection slot. Wet and stinky door mats. No dustbin in room and one in lobby was over filled. Never seen such a horrible hotel ever.

It has been a horrible stay. We had senior citizens with us. Before booking we called them to ask if first floor rooms are available.They said yes. But on reaching there we could not get first floor rooms. And there were no lifts. The bathrooms were extremely unhygenic and dirty. The rooms had a stinking bad smell. The staff especially the one at the reception was extremely uncooperative.

This single star rating is only for it's close proximity to the temple premises. In all other aspects this hotel scored a poor big Zero. Having booked a room online and having paid the entire amount online, this hotel does not bother to keep the rooms clean, the toilets are a big mess, which are stinking like they have never been cleaned before. Moreover though there is a TV in the rooms, it is nonfunctional. Hot water is given in buckets on asking, but the hotel claims itself as a Two star hotel. There cannot be a bigger joke than this.

Pros: - Only photos in Online website (Yatra) are good. - Near to Gate 3 (which is of not much use a we can manage easily by walk) - Checkout is so good(just give keys) Cons: - Worst service(we booked online but still to register in counter for that there is long wait. - We booked for 6, and we got rooms on 3rd floor and no lift. - No cleanliness (bathrooms were like hell, and room smells disgusting, bed were bit okay, outside room it's like dump yard, everywhere dusty) - No proper lights, we mentioned at reception but nothing happened then made phone call to hotel landline and asked thrice and screamed then they came and fixed only bathroom one by replacing with zero bulb which was not giving lighting at all. - 🦎 adda, felt like going out ASAP. - No hot water they mentioned that they will be leaving water at specific times (4-8am only). Best thing is that we are repeatedly asking from 5am for hot water we got it at 7am that to for one room water was not coming then they gave other room to use washrooms. - Washbasin in bathroom was like they kept shower under that it was leaking. If you wash your face it will automatically wash your legs from knee 😞(experienced). Conclusion: Worst service and room. Govt bathrooms are far better than this.
