SAIMURLI INN A/c deluxe Rooms

It's not that ok. First you should look for some better options before considering this hotel. Staff service is poor. They don't even change bedsheets after the earlier customer leaves. They do not maintain proper hygiene of the room. They do not have shower facility. If you ask for a tea or coffee, please make sure you order them at least 30 minutes before, it takes that much time for them to prepare/arrange the beverage. Cost is high compared to the services they provide. If you wish to spend that much money, I'm sure you can find some better hotels out there in the temple area of Shirdi which provide good services while costing high fare.

We had been charged for 3 members in online portal and but alloted double bedroom. They refused to give a mat also despite additional booking cost. Offline they charge Rs 299 for double bedroom. But on online they charged us Rs 475. Despite that room is very dirty. Floor was not cleaned. Dirty walls and bed sheets. Pls don't prefer it. Its worst hotel ever seen.

My family and I had an early dinner from this restaurant. The place was almost empty when we arrived. We quickly got ourselves a table. The furniture around me looked like they needed some cleaning. We ordered some roti, wheat paratha, and a paneer gravy. The food was fine. It could have been better. Their service was fast and courteous. We were given a bill from a different table. So, make sure you check your bill to verify the dishes from your order.

This is a pathetic hotel. Better don't book via Online sites, if you book during your arrival , you may get very cheap deals. I booked online and receptionist said all books are full, then after numerous arguments , he gave. So think thrice before booking. Very very worst hotel. No hot water available, after asking he replied to adjust, please don't book this for God sake.

no soap in room. one towel for 3 person in one room. no dental or any hygiene kit. worst experience. I would suggest travellers to book other hotel available near to this which are much more better.

Very very bad hotel, more than very bad hotel room, room was completely dirty, like they opened the room after 2-3 years, bathroom are very old, no western toilets, even with Indian toilets no flush tank, no proper management, hotel's bigger dustbin insert at rooms gallery/floor, bedsheets and blanket even dirtiest, you will feel really itching with this bedding, even requested to them they cant change, because you paid online so they are now God for refund your money, they promised me by phone we will provide you better, but after booking and payment now not ready to listen, so be avoid to book this hotel,

Walked in for breakfast, they have a choice of buffet and alacarte. We are ordered for poha, idli and wada in alacarte. Poha was served cold and wada was fried in a stale oil and was cold and nothing is served hot. In spite of complaining at the counter, he put up a blank face the service and the bearers have no courtesy to the customers.

It's third class hotel..staff behaviour is pathetic..poor room quality....no professionalism at all... I booked this hotel morning 6:30 AM and I checked out @7 PM staff charged me late check out penalty....no hot water.. washroom is dirty.. bedsheet and pillow cover was unhygienic...won't recommend anyone..better options available with less pricing...
