Terrible Experience - Not Worth the High Price We recently stayed at this hotel and were extremely disappointed with our experience. Despite the high price, the service was far from satisfactory. The worst part was that the lift broke down during our stay. The generator wasn’t working either, so the lift was stuck, and we were forced to jump out, even with children. To make matters worse, the staff’s behavior was unprofessional and rude. Instead of helping us during this stressful situation, they treated us poorly. We had high expectations given the price, but this hotel failed to meet even basic standards of service and safety. Would not recommend staying here.

It's my 2nd time staying in shirdi at the same hotel. It's a brand new hotel and very clean. All facilities like lift, parking, Ac all are available. Staff is very good and supportive. The temple is near. only 5 min walkable distance I recommend staying here whenever we look for any hotel in shirdi.

Poor service, hotel is new so you will get good room quality. But after checkout they found some cloths of us but they didn't called us back to send that back. We forgot some how to take that some cloth with us. And they also didn't called us.

Very neat and clean, toilet washroom very clean, peaceful climate, no pollution,no vehicle noise, near to Temple, staff very cooperative, positive vibes 👍👍 Happy to visit "Sai Sneha " Thank you 🙏

No planning of power outage. No maintenance of lift and backup generators. Worst experience as stuck in lift for half an hours. And behaviour of hotel owner was very bad. He is taking this as usual. This is life threatening and needs immediate attention.
