Hotel Sai Madhavi Palace

This palace is little far from the temple. Ample of parking space available. Owners are quite friendly. The room that we had stayed was spacious as we were 6 people so we opted for double bed and single bed room. They also provided extra single mattress as requested with no additional cost. The TV and AC were working fine. The bathroom was also fine.It would be better if they could keep the room and bathroom more clean.

Worst place to stay. AC will only work for very less duration and their service is very bad. They denied to even refund the charges they took for AC. Never go again. Neverrr

Rooms you get here is non AC. They don't have any AC rooms. No cleanliness no wifi. Only positive point is that the hotel is near to shirdi temple. Rooms are costly considering the cleanliness and services. Infact they charge you mandatory extra 10% charge in the name of 'Service Charge'. You can't even fight with them.

Never visit in this hotel. There is no service in this hotel even they will not provide you a soap for bathing. They are very cheap person and they argue with costomer. No respect and manners. They used to asked extra money for tax except room rent. so according to me i will never suggest you to visit in this hotel. Poor service and they do not respect to there customer.

rooms are good .but services very poor. staff are not friendly. led provide in room but there are no remote to success. there are no source of drinking water.dirty washroom.sometime light has gone.The staff are cheat to darshan of sai baba.

Cabin was ok but this hotel has tie up with auto rickshaws to take you till Samadhi mandir. At first hotel staff said no charges for auto, but after reaching near entrance gate the auto driver asked for 40 Rs and that too for driving hardly 100m. When I asked this to hotel receptionist he had no answer. I SUGGEST TO TAKE ROOMS AT WALKABLE DISTANCE TO SAMADHI MANDIR TO AVOID UNCONVENIENCEA LIKE THIS.

Despite having my confirmed online booking, the owner denied me entry saying no payment was received by hotel. Myself senior citizen and my old wife faced extreme misbehavior.

Horrible n Terrible.. Plz plz do not go to this hotel even if u get it free of cost. I had booked it thru Oyo by making advance payment but when we rchd at venue , hotel manager refused to allot us a room stating that they do not accept online payments. They argued with us for a long time even passed cheap comment on my wife. This hotel is been managed by useless n illiterate person who don't have any manners to talk with customers especially with ladies. PLZ PLZ DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL.
