I read the reviews after visiting hotel Sai nisarg in shirdi. I strongly say the rooms are spacious and well maintained. We had food in that restaurant for three days and everything is good enough. The service is also very nice. They behaved well. May be they improved their service after receiving multiple bad reviews from customers. I have two little kids so found it so good ordering the food from room itself. Me and my husband don’t speak hindi but they tried to understand what we require and served their best… we should always consider people when they correct their mistakes.

We tried Sai Nisarg restaurant but it was pathetic taste and very high prices. They are charging RS.410 for normal sabji with very less quantity and sour taste. Regret of going there after lunch. Premium hotel like this doesn't have a washroom. The pay n use washroom outside is worst state. Please avoid.

I visited this hotel with my office colleagues. I 1st came to the room and saw the bathroom's water handle was broken. and there was no soap or toothpaste for us. towels were dirty too and when we came back to our room after shri sai baba darshan we saw they didn't clean our room. Then at night we ordered paneer chilli but they gave us flower Manchurian. They don't even have fridge but the manager was good he treated us very well that's why I'm giving 2 stars.

Went to their Shiv Sagar Restaurant had the worst food n worst experience. Ordered Aloo Paratha, they forgot to put aloo, masala in it. Serving food like we are Criminals of Jail. At least their serving should carry love Even if their food can't carry it. They haven't trained their staff properly. For them nothing matters more than money. They don't even pay attention to what the customer is saying. Conclusion: If you want to waste ur precious money on bad quality tasty food.. Embrace World Class Shiv Sagar Restaurant 😃. There are many good Restaurants in the vicinity which are a must check out. ⭐ Single Star rating. Take Aways: 1) Give proper training to staff 2) Change the Chef 👨‍🍳 3) It's more expensive... Try to bring the price lower. Thank you

I wish there was Negative Stars to give this restaurant, Worst Food Had ordered Poha , Masala Dosa and sweet lime juice . Poha didn’t have salt and no taste. There was some thing in the poha which was looking very dirty. When I told this to the waiter he call the supervisor and the supervisor said that’s nothing so I told him I don’t want it and take it back but they still charge me for that I had hardly eaten to 3 spoons from there and when I told the waiter why you are charging you said the boss has told the boss looked very arrogant and did not respond. My friend ordered Masala Dosa the Potato Bhaji inside the Dosa was so less the Sambar did not taste like a Sambar so I request you guys if you guys don’t know South Indian dishes please don’t serve it to the people and Waste the money. same goes with the chatni. Sweet lime juice was full of water looked like it rained in the glass. Worst place very bad management, but the waiter who served us was only good, he was wearing a cap dnt know his name. Never ever go here. If u want to waste ur money , if u want bad food , if u want bad Experience please go to this place.

This is a review of a family dinner we had here on 22nf Feb 2020. We walked around after visiting the temple to have dinner and stopped at this place. It looked promising when we went inside. We ordered fee pav bhaji,extra pav,a couple of plates of idly and a vanilla milk shake. The pav bhaji was super salty and super disappointing. The idly was served and they had two idly in one plate and three in another. We enquired what is the count per plate,one guy said 2 and another 3. We all laughed. We waited for vanilla milk shake and asked him how long it's going to be,the guy said someone went to get vanilla ice cream from shop next door. Finally when we were ready to pay the bill,they said no credit cards,only cash Please ignore this place...

The food service here is very slow. There is bo management to talk too. Also the food cost is very high. Butter naan itself is 110 rs.
