The stay was amazing! The staff was friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean. This was one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a long time. Highly recommended!

The rooms of the hotel (Hotel Sai Jharna) should be spacious enough to accommodate the guests and their luggage properly, it should not only be spacious but comfortable with all the necessities and luxuries like a bedrooms, washrooms, balconies, terraces, etc. A large T.V with a king-size bed for comfortable sleep at night.

Real gem in this budget. Staff and owner is so humble so grounded. Place is so calm and relaxing. Rooms are spacious. Owner help us for sai baba darshan. They are ready to solve all your problems.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel for the following reasons: 1. Poor Service: The hotel staff provided extremely slow service. I requested room cleaning, which is a basic hygiene requirement, and it took them 5-6 hours to fulfill the request. Am I expected to wait in my room for the cleaning staff, or should I be exploring the city? 2. Unreliable Power Backup: Although the hotel has a generator for electricity backup, the staff were reluctant to use it when needed. 3. Unhygienic Linens: The bedsheets, quilts, and towels were all white but visibly stained, which was highly unhygienic and off-putting. 4. Substandard Rooms: The rooms were small, poorly ventilated, and dusty, making the stay uncomfortable. Overall, there are better hotel options in Shirdi at comparable prices.
