Hotel City Heart

It was a pleasure staying at this Brand new property, which is 5 minutes walking from the temple. cityheart is a nice hotel with excellent food and service. They offer complementary bottles, swiming pool access in the hotel. Breakfast is good and you can choose: Indian, continental, etc. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend getaway a lot. I will definitely stay there again and thanks kamil for arranging cab servcies for us......

“I came to Hotel City heart for my friends 25th birthday and we all four stayed in the same room (2 double beds). This is an extremely clean establishment and the front desk we’re nothing but helpful! The room was very put together and had enough space for all our bags and accessories. It’s only a block or two from Times Square and close to the subway. A must to stay 💕💕💕

Fantastic place to stay. Good staff, good food great hospitality, clean pool. Enjoyed staying. We ever visit shirdi will definitely stay here. Very close mandir too. We enjoyed the stay.|All the amenties including pool were good.Neat and cleanliness was also mantained.

I had an amazing stay there..its a nice hotel very close to the temple..|One of the cleanest and hygienic hotel in a good price range. |Room service is good|Staff is amazing |Did not eat anything over there so can't cannot say anything about the food.|Parking space is good. |Overall 5/5. |One of the best stay i ever had.

The location of the hotel is within walking distance to Sai Baba Mandir. Near gate 6 & 7 which are newly built. The room was good. Just the service was not up to mark especially when we tried to order food and were asked to wait for an hour for an order to be placed as they had some group of 15 people to be served. Nevertheless dominos was quiet near and helped survive the afternoon. In the evening we ordered snacks mixed veg pakoda, peri peri fries and chai which were disappointing. Overall it is a good and clean hotel for stay and since it is in heart of city it is heavy on the pocket for a stay in shirdi during the non peak season.

The hotel is right on the main road, walking distance to the temple and next to the bus stand. The amenities are good and the staff is very helpful. They also have a restaurant, with reasonable rates. Overall this is a good place for a family stay in Shirdi.

I had an absolutely horrendous experience at this hotel. The customer service was shockingly worst please remove the receptionist his name is Avishkar,his attitude is worst to much ego he won't respond properly too guest firstly we asked at the reception for room he said it's full,aftrer that we checked online and it is showing rooms are available,booked online and went. The reception staff and other team members were not just unhelpful, but downright rude and inappropriate in their behavior. Their attitude made me feel incredibly unwelcome and uncomfortable. If you value your safety and peace of mind, I strongly advise against staying here. The way the staff treated me was unacceptable, and it’s clear that they have no regard for guest satisfaction. This is not a place you should consider if you want a pleasant or safe experience.

Pathatic hotel never recomended. I took the presidential suite and following were the issues|1. Check-in at 3pm still had to wait 30mins as the room was not ready|2. No towels in the room.|3. No tea coffee maker in the room and even after request there were no milk powder and coffee sachets|4. Broken door lock of bathroom|5. Window glass broken
