SPOT ON 80826 Hotel Sri Sai Nivas

It's an Amazing place. Cleanliness is at its peak!! I am very finicky when it comes to cleanliness and i have found it very difficult to find clean hotels in nasik as i visit every year. I am so happy i found "sai sunandan" for my stay! Staffs are extremely courteous, prompt and helpful. U might not find toiletries in the washroom but i was completely fine and i carry my own. Complimentary breakfast is limited to one item per person which again i find is perfect rather than allowing unlimited and getting food wasted. Food quality and quantity is amazing superb taste. Dil se khilate hai!! Also not to forget to mention their price which so cheap comparitavely. Hope you guys maintain your service like this ever!! Thankyou Hotel Sai Sunanad

Had a pleasant stay in the hotel. It's located at quite a convenient distance from the temple main gate 3. Rooms are new and are quite comfortable for a few days stay! However, now the reasons for the two Star rating: 1. The rooms have no 24x7 hot water facility. It's only from morning 4am till 8am. 2. No lift present in the hotel. 3. No good restaurant nearby. Hotel blueberry Restaurant, which is where the hotel provides the free breakfast included in the tariff, is absolutely horrendous. Unhygienic and the food is very bad. 4. No mosquito repellent kept in the rooms, hotel was unable to provide one quoting it's not yet assigned to the rooms, had to spend the whole night being bitten by mosquitoes. 5. No drinking water provided in the room / no toiletries and also, ridiculously, no hangers or hooks provided in room for keeping clothes. Apart from this, I had to wait for almost 30 min after arriving at the hotel from the airport to get a room allotted. The first room allotted had just been vacated, hair strands on the bed and the bathroom was still not cleaned. After a while, another room was cleaned up and alloted to me. However, I was informed that they were understaffed on that particular day, so it's understandable. Hopefully the management can fix these issues

In Shirdi looking for a decent budget place to stay here's the best. Conviently located near the main road. It has good attendant named Chauhan. Please try to get the Air Conditioned checked before check-in. A lot of options for eating out or ordering. Only the hotel doesn't have its own restaurant. Good for family stays and larger groups travelling to Shirdi.

It's a nice place to be... Though it's a bit away from the main road... Its just a 5 min walk from the Mandir... Rooms are Descent, clean and moderately maintained... Pricing too is not that high... Have parking space for only 3 cars in the building... No AC option is available for 5-bed rooms...

Situated on a narrow lane. Rooms are fine for a low cost hotel. Ample parking space. No room service for food. We managed our breakfast by paying an elderly lady residing in a house adjacent to this hotel.

Decent and clean ambiance. Very accessible to temple. Place has a parking. They will help you out with transportation also. Only problem is hot water is limited.

Property is new. Pet friendly. Don't expect a rich hospitality but the staff is decent enough to handle your stay for a day.

Very good experience... Hygiene... Good helpful and cooperative staff... Jus 5 mins walking distance from sai Baba's shrine. I recommend hotel Sai sunandan
