Hotel G-Square

I had a one-day trip to Shirdi and stayed at Hotel G-Square. This was my third visit to the hotel. Overall, it’s a good place to stay, and the hotel staff is very courteous and helpful. However, I faced a few issues this time. I booked a cab to the airport through the hotel, expecting it to be of good quality, but it was quite disappointing. The speedometer wasn’t working, and the overall condition of the cab wasn’t great. On top of that, I later found that outside cabs were not only in better condition but also cheaper. I would recommend avoiding hotel-arranged cabs. Also, there was no hot water in the room during my stay, which was inconvenient. Aside from these issues, the stay was comfortable.

Not liked the overall services that hotel offers. Specially the restaurant services are not very good. For some simplest of orders they take 15-20 mins to fulfill. Rooms are not properly maintained with many broken furniture and amenities. Room services are also sluggish. For a single request you have to follow multiple times with staff. Overall I wont recommend this hotel for a pleasure stay but can be used if you are only coming to spend a night.

Very fantastic stay during my visit Shirdi. Staff behavior is very soft and courteous. I would recommend really the best hotel and location. Thank you G Square to make my stay fabulous

Location of the hotel - excellent Room - Nothing excellent but decent enough Services - so my train was at 4pm, and requested the hotel to give us some grace period in the room for which we paid 4.5K (the usual checkout time is 12pm), the reception folks downright saying the hotel bookings are full. I even requested them saying I have 2 senior citizens with me and it will help us a bit but the answer was still No. I would not recommend folks with senior citizens to come to this place (unless u are fine to pay for 2days and stay for 1day). Travel Desk - very helpful.
