Hotel Sai Prabha

Even if you have last option don't ever think to go to this hotel. We found Cockroaches in the room. They don't provide water, don't clean the room daily only on request, & no wifi and there is a con man(Jawed) sitting in the reception, where they promise you one thing and price you different thing. If you need peace and don't want to waste arguing don't put steps in this hotel. Only good thing is the location, but there are other hotels nearby do check them out.

Dirty rooms, irresponsible staff, no basic facilities provided.Telephone is broken, no jet spray, stinky bedsheets. Won't recommend this place if u want a peaceful darshana.

It was a great experience for us here in shirdi. We stayed here for three days . The price range is also quite compramisable. And the rooms look very new and the service is also good. But the only not comfortable part is checking in and checking out the timings. Please keep in mind these parts while checking in. And the rest is very very great 👍👍👍👍.

No hot water, they claim it will come at 4 am it doesn't even come after 6 am. We wanted to leave early. Even after requests they don't come. Ac remote is not working. Ye log bas starting me accha bolke paise le lete hai, fir kuch dete nahi hai. Worst place, service ever. Plz never come here 🙏🏻.

The only good thing about this hotel is that it's nearby sai baba's mandir. We booked a AC room and the AC was not working. The staff told that a couple booked an AC room so they gave the remote to them. Also blanket and bedsheets weren't clean. We were welcomed by cockroaches when we entered our rooms. When we demanded refund the receptionist named "JAVED" behaved very rudely with us. This same guy when we checked in misbehaved with a family who was checking out that time. I'll recommend people to not to stay here. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!

Hotel is below average With respect to its service.... 1-We 3 friends stayed on triple bed but only 2 towel n 2 soaps was given.. what will 3rd person do ?? 2- i agree about the free service to temple/bojnalay but what we experience is that at the time when we finished darshan at temple we waited 40 minutes for the driver to come to pick up us .... 3- Bathrooms toilets doesn't have latch .... Which is strange.. you guyz charge 1500rupees ... Take some bucks for maintenance also 4- they tell you everything is working .... We observed that limited time for hot water and non working TVs 5-telephones are just for name sake ... When i called at 2am for hot water inquiry no one picked up.... And saw employee sleeping down there .... I think they get salary for sleeps
