Hotel Sai Vihar

The hotel is very close to the temple. The rooms are also nice and clean.A little maintenance needed in some of the things. Otherwise it's a good hotel with excellent staff.

Very Bad. Need Refund!! Our experience at this hotel was terrible. The hotel manager did not allow us to enter the hotel and we believe this hotel should be shut down ASAP. The room had an unpleasant smell, the bedsheets were dirty, and there was tobacco spit on the corner of the bed. Additionally there was no water supply and the washbasin was leaking. The toilets were also dirty and overall it was an unpleasant experience. No room service at all. This hotel should be shut down ASAP for treating there customers badly.

Don't waste your money. Worst hotel booking experience ever. Owner is abusive. He has called us and demanded money even before check in. Afterwards he has started messaging on our number and started abusing us.Blaimed us for stealing his water heater even when we have not even did check in his hotel. He has called us expeditiously for 10-12 times. When we are with family we cannot risk it with people like him. Stay out of it. Om Sai Ram 🙏

Nice n cozy hotel in shridi. Very close to temple. Walking distance to temple. We always stay in this hotel and now this hotel need renovation.. in washroom tap leakage issue... Drainage issues.. need good cleaning of rooms. Staff is very good and good service. I like the most location.. no crowd and no noise pollution. Neat and clean area around. All transport available nearby. I recommend this hotel.

I prefer to stay at this hotel when I visit Shirdi, because it's very close to the temple and economical. But book this only if you want to use the hotel to rest only, you should not expect luxurious stay. They provide the room on 'Room Only' basis, no meals included but you can find many restaurants adjoining. And yes fixed warm water timings also a drawback

Please don’t stay at this hotel it’s total waste of money. We did booking of AC room for rs 1300 /- but then to he was asking for rs 200/- more(AC charges). Room phone was not working No TV connection in room. We parked our car in front of hotel it’s hotel parking. Somebody spitting gutka on our car from same hotel (May be from top floor ). We call the boy who was sitting on reception and showed him the car condition he started arguing and said it’s not gutka and we will not cleaned it it’s not our fault. Staff is rude don’t know how to talk to customer.

Rooms are quite big. 3 minutes walk for Sai temple. Only drawback is that the hotel does not have their on kitchen hence had to go out for tea, breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Today I did check out due to lack of service & no privacy in the Hotel. wash room stopper was not close properly. Washroom Ventilator have no glass. I have informed same to Owner. Let’s see what action he will take.
