Hotel Temple Sai

Visited to shirdi with family and booked room in temple sai hotel which is just 500m from temple. Rooms are bit small but very clean. Friendly budget. They provided room before the check in time and allowed us to stay until 5 PM even check out time is 1PM. AC working superbly. Free parking available inside the hotel. I surely suggest this friendly budget hotel.

1) Wall plaster damaged. 2) Fan loud sound observed. 3) Pillow and bed sheets are dirty found. 4) Hot water not coming on tapping. I informed 2 times to care taker but he can’t listen my promblem. 5) Wrong hotel name showing on building. 6) No lift . 7)Complementary Soap kit not provided. 8)Cloth hanger damaged found in Bathroom.

Very good. Very near to temple. Excellent staff. Polite staff . They guide us for darshan and places to visit.

Pathetic experience with the hotel staff and they are not giving full information as well as the all information is not updated in online system. The receptionist staff is very arrogant. Upfront he ask me to cancel the booking. Never suggest to book this hotel. And this is for your reply answer.. when i was called in your hotel first time that time only i have told to the person that now i am in railway station and i am alone. So i have already updated and your staff should told me that single persons are not allowed. And if you are allowing people to book the ticket though online so you should update your rules and regulations in the site itself. And as a customer i have a right to give negative feedback. This is because your staff arrogant behaviour.

Located away from temple, no food or tea available, very small property, rooms are small and congested, bathrooms are small and indian. Please call before confirming.

Normal rooms are much smaller than expected However taken Ac room but at night the electricity was tripping 2-3 times had to call for reconnecting

Terrible experience even without staying at this place. The reception is outside the hotel, like some tea stall. I don't even know where the hotel is. Also, there was no receptionist when I arrived as well. I'm just standing there clueless with all my luggage. Then I call the guy then he comes. I tell him that the hotel is far from the temple(it is btw) and I want to change hotel and whether he can refund my advance amount and he says no. About 12 USD just wasted. I had no interest in staying at that hotel after seeing where it's at, and seeing that the receptionist was not even there in their literal outdoor lobby. They didn't even have people to help me with my luggage too. Very disappointed. Owner seemed like a nice guy but he also won't refund. Suggest you go somewhere else.
