FabHotel Kingdom Sai - Hotel Near Pimplewadi Road

Recently I have visited the Hotel with Family ... Horrible experience. Please don’t Judge a book by its cover Same Don’t say wow with the photos uploaded online . Unfortunately, my experience was very negative. Manager Mr. Abhishek Chavan was to much rude and no manners how to speak to female. Despite booking a week in advance, my booking was cancelled at the last minute. This was very frustrating, and it was especially disappointing because I was looking forward to my stay at Kingdom of Sai. I also found it concerning that this type of service may be encouraged by OYO, which is a popular online hotel booking platform. Based on my experience, I would recommend trying all options except for Kingdom of Sai in the future. Overall, I would caution other travelers against booking with Kingdom of Sai based on my negative experience. Worst service ever. Got an AC room but the AC STOPPED working after 5 mins. After calling to the reception got no help. Staff is very rude. Food ordered from the hotel contained a fly. No help was provided for this too. Don’t ever stay in this hotel.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were fantastic, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. It's definitely a top recommendation for families looking for a great place to stay. The amenities and service exceeded my expectations, making it a memorable experience for the whole family. Can't wait to come back.

The room is specious for the charge ,lacks basic cleaning and upkeep of rooms,badly managed property not much to say about service one can say there is no service it's all one man show,Room Ac is only on till you go to sleep once you are fast asleep it's switched off , the control is at the reception level, it's so damn hot after that,so forget about sleep if you ask they will give some vague answer which common people can understand Fabhotels just will make booking that's it rest all is your night mare asked for mug check the picture -it will explain the whole room senerio

Stinking dirty bathrooms and toilet Ac was like a big generator running so noisy Never ever book this hotel No maintenance at all Photos shown is completely different than the existing ones Not fit for families

Rooms & Washrooms were Pathetic. Images of the Room shown on Fab App were Opposite as per Reality. I would suggest Fab Company to take Current Images of Everything. Inspite of our payment done to the Hotel via the App we stayed in another Property as the Washrooms were in a very bad state. Not recommended for Families at all...

Room conditions were very bad. Not recommended for stays at all. Bathroom is dirty and unhygienic. Water shower is blocked with stain
