Hotel Palacious

An excellent and clean hotel with great amenities and tasty food. The hotel is very well-maintained, neat, and clean. The rooms are spotless, and all the basic amenities are thoughtfully provided, ensuring a comfortable stay. The food is very tasty and feels like home-cooked meals. The staff is extremely humble and helpful. The manager is friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. We wanted to go to Nashik, and he arranged a car for us upon request. On the 29th, we arrived late at night, but he still made sure dinner was kept ready for us with just a phone call. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and hospitable place to stay with delicious food.

The hotel is located at Nagar Shirdi road. Lodging is good but not maintained properly. The hotel food facility is limited.

The hotel palacios is one of the best hotel that I have stayed in. It was very pleasant stay for me I have stayed in many hotels at Shirdi but this was very nice experience the hotel was new and the rooms were maintained neat and clean.its perfect place for friends & family. Hotel is very peaceful and just 1km straight road from temple which eliminates all the rushy public around you and this hotel is surrounded by all resorts so that you will have great view from room. You have good parking place with surveillance,near and clean washrooms and the manager Sanket was very nice person who have got good human skills to understand your wants at hotel. Finally found a nice place at Shirdi and we had a happy visit at the end of 2019.

Positive points: 1. Reception don't get angry when we call many times. 2. Wonderful natural wind when you open the windows. 3. Power save mode ( when you walk only lights on ). 4. Lots of space in the front of the hotel , with restaurant. 5. Lift is good. 6. Wash room mirror with top and side lights' are fantastic. 7. When the wash room occupied with our people , in urgency we can use reception area wash room. 8. Inside room wall painting with oil painting photos. 9. When you close main door no other external noise. When you want to perform Marriage / Any function please check below points and book the hotel. 1. Rooms are good , but daily cleaning and removal of dust bin not done, provided when you ask only. 2. When you want AC you have to call reception and ask for switch on AC . 3.Hot water not coming daily . When checked they say it is solar hot water service. 4. When we ask reception many times then in all taps hot water coming . 5. I used hot water kattle in the room to make hot water . 6. Washroom doors making lots of noise , difficult to sleep during night when we use others get disturbed. 7. For some room electronic card given to open room , most of them fail or after many times open. It is better to take key instead of electronic door opening card. Improvement points : 1. Hotel should have a car to pickup and drop from airport. 2. Hotel should have travel desk to support , those visiting Shiridi. 3. Hotel should provide in wash room tooth brush, soap, shampoo(Near by no small shops, 15 minutes walk you have small shop) . 4. The management should train the service persons regularly. 5. In the room DO'S AND DON'S shall be displayed. 6. Some of the bath room fittings shall be checked regularly ( Loose and shakes when you operate). Final conclusion : WOW, Fantastic, Wonderful Hotel. I recommend this hotel to others .

No security cost cutting, no fridge for cool water, receptionist's attitude is very annoying. Overall would suggest to try another hotel but not this. Customer relationship needs huge improvement. No pick and drop service till Shirdi Temple.

Worst..better skip.. no heater avaialbl3 for hot water. Purely dependency on solar water. So much water is wasted. Rooms are average. avoid if you can

Palacios is a highway touch Hotel, located just few minutes from Shirdi Sai baba Temple. Rooms are neat and tidy and recommended for family. The hotel staff are polite and well trained, Mr. Amardeep and Mr. Dalvi & team are courteous and humble to cater the guest requirements. It also has a pure veg restaurant. Thank you palacios for wonderful stay…🙏👍🏼

It was a great stay with neat and hygienic rooms,the environment was very positive. Had a great time at this hotel with family and friends. Clean and large washrooms. Free wifi,free rooms for drivers.
