Hotel Sai Arpan New

Worst service, they will show u different room and after booking and payment will provide you different room, pathetic attitude of reception person.. I would highly recommend not to visit this hotel...they were charging 1300 for per room at half rates you will get a better hotel

Room was very near to the temple maintanence and service is not up to the mark and they are charging service charge extra. Only the hotel was very near to temple in budget that only good. Other than nothing. No service room also very small.

Rooms are decent Mr Ram das is a good person and helpfull man. Do try this hotel if you are looking for a near by stay from the shridi sai baba temple. #Om sai

Average hotel for one night cheap stay...no kitchen facility but you can have food ordered or eat at the restaurant next to hotel. The ambience is ok ok rooms are just normal. You have to ask for everything like water,towel etc. Phones also don't work in some rooms. Online booking available on major apps. Receptionist was good and friendly. Vehicle parking available at the back of hotel that to paid " pay n park" which amount to rupees 300 for 12 hours 7am-7pm. Recommended for couple and solo travelling. Very bad experience with this hotel. I had booking from Cleartrip which Cleartrip said confirmed but when I went to hotel people said that don’t have booking. The clear trip spoke with manger regarding the confirmation one day before he was also not available. They said cancel the Cleartrip booking so that they can give another room immediately for higher prices. I would request to confirm with the hotel once before you go. Very bad experience!!

We had taken two family rooms with AC.We had booked rooms one day before.In spite of that we were only given possession of one room.And one room was given 3-4 hours later.Bathroom was not clean. If you are alone then you will get a companionship of cockroaches. Bed sheets and pillow covers were unclean.

Stayed here for a night. Hot water is available only between 4 am-8 am. Room cleanliness was okay(not worst & not the best). They said 900/night. Since we took third floor we got it for 800/night.
