Hotel Ganga Continental

I had a good experience during my stay at Ganda Hotel in Shirdi. The overall service and amenities were satisfactory, and the staff was courteous. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Stayed in Room no.208. The bathroom and toilet are very dirty and there is always a foul smell. Minimum facility of neat and clean can't expect from here. Managed and stayed to spend one night. Even if we're asking for a receipt for staying in the room, the staff are adamant and refuse to give. It's a very sorry state of affairs. They are cheating both the government and the customer. Overall it is not up to the expectations. Be aware before booking and staying here.

Worst room ...and pathetic service. Strict No ..for anyone. You will regret it for sure. Only just because of location and images they have shared online..I have booked this property. They price they are charging for booking...in that price 100 times better options are available in 200 to 300 meters near that. Images shared by property online is not matching even 10% of actual property condition. Property looks like they have not maintained from last 20 years. there is only one light in room. Please find attached actual room images..you will get clear picture. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. PATHETIC CONDITION PATHETIC SERVICE

Best location. Good and reasonable rooms They should work on their service part. Rest all best (bedsheets and towels were smelling and dirty)

Rude staff. Very bad experience. Once they offer us room @ 1800 ₹ per night and after a moment one of their staff said that the room they offered us was full and now the room was cost for 2000 ₹. But after we check the room we found the room was too pathetic and dirty. But after long argument the staff told us that if we want to stay this is the only room. But one of their employee told us that there was other rooms vacant But we don't know why that employee behaving like this. Very pathetic experience.

The cost is not very high, which is good. It was 1.5k rupees, A/c double bed. But the service was not good at all, the quality of the room also was not good. TV had only one channel. Ac was fine. We had a balcony, which was good but it was not clean. Nobody picked up the luggage. We ordered tea, which was too sweet then a normal tea. On the second day lift stopped working. We did not order any food.

Worst maintenance, detol smell everywhere, pathetic bathrooms, no power backup or generator. 1 stupid taxi driver brought us here, as I am nrmew to the city I thought this is the only decent place we can get but there are many other good stays nearby.

Worst hotel ever I have seen in my life. There is no negative rating otherwise I will give that. We went for a vacation and serched for hotels we ewnt there and took the prices we weng out for taking prices of other hotels and came back then they raised the price saying That you went to other hotels and that's why.
