Best stay there,all is good since new but it seems will loose it's shine soon as 1. maintenance part is lagging ,2. Timing of tea,coffee and breakfast to be made early as every one leaves at least at 0645 to0700 for darshan to any temple and mostly don't take lunch.dinner is OK

Highly recommended. One of the best hotels in the Shirdi. Very hygienic and well maintained place. Staff are ready to assist, understandable. Free food in the basement, healthy and tasty. For affordable and hygienic place with healthy free food. This place is the best option out of all the hotels here.

This place is very convenient for staying in Shirdi. By walking for 5 mins you will reach to the Shirdi Saibaba Temple Entrance gate. Parking space is also available within hotel premises.

Relatively new building. Vysya community owned. There are a few things I liked but there are a few things which could be better Positives: Firstly, the cost of stay per day is economical. I was charged 1500 rupees per day for an AC room. (2 adults and 1 kid) Annadaanam was being done 3 times a day (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner). Food was good and homely. Prepared at the same location Location was not very far from temple. It was around 500-700m from the temple. We went by walk itself Car parking space for around 10-12 cars was available. It wasn't a big issue even if you can't park within the premises. The nearby road is pretty wide and we can park there too. Can do better: No online booking mode available. Need to contact on WhatsApp, need to pay 1000 rupees advance amount via UPI to get confirmation of the booking Even though the property is relatively new, the maintenance wasn't that great. In my room, the TV remote wasn't working already and the TV cable was also cut. Had to reach out to the reception staff multiple times to get the maintenance person. Hot water is centralised and only comes in the morning. If you checkin in the afternoon, you have to bath with cold water only. No geyser us present in the room 23 hours checkout is very strict. They will not adjust even for 1 extra hour. We have to checkout on time. However, we can sit in the lobby area though.

New building with spacious rooms but not constructed in a better way. Looks good from outside but not so looking good inside. Have good parking space. They provide free food with good taste.

Sai Tulasi Bhavan is a good place for tourists to stay at Shirdi. This place has a perfect ambience and amenities. The service is excellent, the staffs respond very well. The food served here is decent. The rooms are spacious and very well maintained. They were clean and hygienic. The prices are reasonable for the service they provide. Overall I had an excellent experience at this place, and I recommend this place for a stay.
