Hotel Laxmibai Palace

Pictures were misleading. Hotel room was very nasty and unpleasant odour in room even though we booked AC room. Hotel had no utility service, there was no warm water for bathing we bathed in cold water. There were insects and mice in room. Linen and pillow cover were used and had not been changed, there was hairs all around in room. We paid extra ₹2000 for breakfast , which were denied at reception asking us to pay for breakfast. I was with family, checked in morning and vacated room in afternoon because of mental and physical trauma we faced, hotel staff was not cooperating and raised their voice as I brought all these to their notice. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Recently booked a room through the Agoda app, and my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. When I arrived at the location, I was horrified to discover that the property's address on Google Maps did not match the actual location. This caused significant confusion and delay in my plans. Upon finally reaching the property, I was extremely disappointed with the room. It was far from what I expected and definitely not worth the price I paid. The room was incredibly small and cramped, leaving barely enough space to move around. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was non-functional, making the room unbearably hot and uncomfortable. The furniture was in terrible condition, with a broken chair that was unsafe to sit on. The bathroom facilities were equally appalling, with a broken flush that made using the toilet a frustrating experience. Overall, my stay was a complete disaster. The misrepresentation of the property's location and the substandard condition of the room made for an extremely unpleasant experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid booking this property, as it was a waste of time and money.

Fake pricing! Online they are charging approximately ₹500. But they are asking additional ₹2000 per room when we reached there. Also, the employees are very toxic. Very I'll mannered and they are trying to manipulate the customers. Don't go there. Big mistake!

The outer pictures of the hotel premises were high-fi but the inside room was not that good.. it can be maintained.. food was so good. And the location is also good.

Hated it... Worst experience i ever had in Hotel... Firstly the price was above the General rates, secondly the staff and the room service people were not available when required, lastly the size of the room and the amenities were totally below the bars. But the temple on laxmi bai ji was very nice its just below the Hotel premises. Its A place you should visit. But the experience in Hotel was very bad.

Do not stay here. Worst motel. Would not let us bathroom after we checked out and came back from Sai temple. Rooms are worth ₹૫૦૦. AC does not work. Sheets dirty. Employee are worth less.

Very close to Saibaba Temple (Gate no. 2). The Food is very tasty and Genuine price. But the Washroom needs Renovation, otherwise location wise it's best.
