We had informed about our early arrival within 5-6am & they accepted our early check-in without any extra charge. We contacted Mr. *Avishek*, the owner of the property, over phone thrice & he *committed us two adjacent rooms 404 & 405 in first floor.* We arrived at 7.30am on 8/4/2023 & to our utter surprise the Reception offered us (for total 4 adults) only *one triple seated room* 502 in 2nd. floor instead of two db rooms as booked on-line & also confirmed over phone. Sri Raju at Reception told us that they would be able to provide two rooms around 12noon only after those were vacated by the guests. We immediately rang Avishek repeatedly but he didn't pick up & declined to talk to us even while Reception contacted him & talked to him at that instant. This had annoyed us as a *serious failure of commitment* as it extremely delayed our Sai Darshan after we four became fresh one by one using one bathroom only. After some time Raju told they would be providing us two adjacent rooms 503 & 504. After one hour another man at Reception informed that those rooms were booked against other guests & they would be providing us two other db rooms in *third floor* only. It was further annoying to us observing the most callous approach with their commitment or communication even after an early *serious harassment* by not providing two rooms as we were needing two bathrooms for four of us to be ready for an earliest Sai Darshan. We however rejected their offer of 3rd. floor rooms & insisted to provide 503 & 504 in 2nd. floor only as per their early communication by the Reception which they gave only after a heated exchange. This situation & happenings were quite unwanted while we're looking for a most peaceful early Sai Darshan which was disturbed,spoiled & delayed by them. Hope they will be very careful in future before committing something to their guests & must have the guts to face them instead of avoiding in a very unprofessional manner after creating & causing inconvenience to them. They must concentrate on fair services, adhering to commitments towards ultimate customers satisfaction only to generate goodwill for a future business.

One of the Best hotel for family stay in shirdi, Good staff, we reached shirdi early morning 4 AM but staff was awake. ice cream parlour infront of hotel was open till mid night. we enjoyed specially the ice cream at night 1am with my friends. and its location is little offset from highway so you will notice a peacefull surrounding

Whenever I decide to visit Shri Shirdi Sai Baba mandir, I always prefer Hotel Archana for stay. The best hotel for stay at prime & roadside location and available at affordable prices. The Baba's Samadhi temple and Baba's Prasadalaya is near to it. Also the market. Peaceful place for resting.

At Jus 1 min walking distance from Temple.Offers great service at affordable price.Neat and clean rooms with pleasing interiors.Hot water available from 4am to 10am.

Very good and friendly staff.Close to the temple. Reached the hotel at 0300 a.m. Raju at the reception was waiting for us. Hat Off.
