Toilet was not clean. No cover to the bed. Cockroaches were found in the room. Attitude of front desk was very rude and unprofessional. Denied room because I had given actual review. They want guest only giving good review. Be careful.

Except location everything else is a nightmare. Rooms are very very spacious but zero maintenance. Think twice before booking. No parking space. The manager was good but not helping i have to carry all my luggage on my own. For ac bring your own batteries or phone with an IR remote option, that will help you to control only temperature.

Want share my Horrible experience at hotel. The whole hotel is under dust, wall having spider webs everywhere. Dirty washrooms and AC is also not working. Suggesting don't ever book this property. Not good for any kind of stay. They didn't even provide bottled water. The place for breakfast is too kuch dirty that no one want to eat at place. Pathetic property

Rooms are very bad. AC not adjustable, fan not working. No proper drainage in bathrooms. Broken beds. Taking tariff of 4 star and rooms not even like 2 star.

One of the WORST hotels you could find. There is nothing called as cleanliness and only EXCUSES is what you wud get. Paid 3300rs for a day and got worst than a local lodge and that too when I complained about the extra mattress that they were going to charge me 672rs per day as full of dust. Else it was 4k per day. Housekeeping guy has a dream job there. They don't have to work much and there is no one to question. When I checked in at 12am, the guy on reception was least interested in helping us with the dust. Kept giving silly reason and said can clean the room. When they know they have advance booking, why can't they clean the room in advance. They don't even have a vaccum cleaner to clean the mattress. Worst place for sure.

Never book or Recommend it to anyone this is just a experience of yesterday's and today checked out.We had a horrible experience, we had been given a Room no 404 which was may be the room which was left out. They had not even cleaned it, the blanket was yack and dirty with red marks on in and looked too unhygienic. Over all room was dusty not cleaned, even after insisting they did not clean the room we got it same way when we where back. We where over charged,for a room which had cockroach, the washroom basin was leaking and bathroom was chocking up due to drainage issues. The photos on. Website are super old the window in our room was broken and open even being ok 4the floor also AC was not working We took a car from hotel there also we where fooled, the driver did understand our needs and wants us to work it out as he wanted if they are professional then they should have fuel up the CNG gas one day early they made us wait for 2 hours and that 2 hours where not even given considered and they where guilty on it... Even if it's the last option in Solapur postponed a trip or cancel don't stay with them at all.. they took full payment and did not even feel sorry for the act and unprofessional behaviour. Look well-maintained but a very very dirty hotel Nd and transport services.

Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that they are only interested in making money, not providing a decent experience for guests. Despite having vacant rooms, they refused early check-in and insisted on charging extra. No wonder the place was nearly empty. No Basic Amenities: No complimentary water, no proper toiletries—just bare minimum facilities. Even budget hotels offer more. Disgusting Rooms: Peeling paint, broken AC, and an overall unhygienic environment. The place is falling apart. Pathetic Service & Rude Staff: The receptionist is rude and argumentative, showing zero professionalism. Even basic requests are met with attitude. Lift Not Working: A fundamental facility in a hotel, yet they couldn’t care less. Key Card Issues: Our room key didn’t work, and we had to get it manually opened every time. Unacceptable. Serious Privacy Concern: The most shocking part—one of the staff unlocked our room and entered while we were inside without our permission, claiming he wanted to check if we had towels. At 4 PM! This is a serious invasion of privacy and completely unacceptable. When confronted they weren't even sorry. The only positive is the location, but that doesn’t make up for the nightmare of staying here. Avoid this place unless you want to ruin your trip. May be it's a good thing we spent most of the time traveling and very less time in the hotel, else our list of complaints about this pathetic place would have been endless

One of the poorest accommodation ever witnessed. However tariffs are competitive with that of 3 stars. Lines are dirty and staff unresponsive. Cleanliness and hygiene are unknown words here. 10 mins walk from the bus stand which is the only merit to be considered.
