Hotel Pratham

This is one of the worst hotel I would say. From where shall I start. The whole experience was rubbish. I was staying in Suite room with my family. Morning breakfast was not good at all. The staff don’t know the difference between Ala carte and buffet. When we asked for ‘Omlet’ in bfast the staff said they will charge for the food. The food was included in my stay though. The quality of food is rubbish! The rooms do not have water. The basic facility is missing. The flush was not working, and the room was stinking. The dental kit , room slippers and towels were missing. I will NOT RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone. And people who are giving 5 star ratings are their own staff!

Recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel Pratham in Solapur, and it was truly delightful. The rooms were cozy and well-maintained. The staff were warm and welcoming, making our stay even more special. I would surely recommend this hotel for a peaceful getaway!

We dine in for dinner. Meal is good quality and tasty. I suggest try 'Paneer Lababdar' which is having good taste.I feel rates are little expensive but additional of ambiance and music with professional staff it's worthy. But, after came to home I just casually checked bill receipt as they changed unnecessary extra money for our leftover meal for parcel. They charge per plastic container 15 ₹. And packed bottle they charge per bottle 30 ₹ which is I think comedy with customer.so, I withdraw 1 rating star from rating for these.

The room is not cleaning well. No wifi TV issues Not provided coffee, tea, tooth brush, comb etc...

Buffet Breakfast is the worst I ever bad. No eggs, no bread, no cornflakes, absolute disaster.

Overnight stopover. Very well maintained room. West facing rooms have unobstructed views. We didn't order any food except for sweet corn chicken soup. It was good. Front office was efficient but they need to learn to greet and smile at the customers!! Highly recommended.

Good place to stay in solapur But no restaurant is attached to hotel. Currently food is serviced in resto bar.

It's was a very worst experience since entry to exit. The staff not paying attention at all at reception. Next day morning when I incurred but because the response was very poor and they said they are not responsible for delayed break fast. I left the hotel with bad experience and promise myself to never step in their. Even I am going to suggest my co to remove from the list
