NillLooks like good place but not well maintained. You can witness strong and unique structure here. But staff. Manager not paying attention to that. They sounded bit rude some time than very helpful. For any requirements, you have to give multiple calls. We had breakfast here in package, it was with limited spread. Taste was good. Nothing great about the property, but it have potential. Hope Owner pays attention and introduce better management.

Nill**"A Nightmare Dressed as a Hotel"** This isn’t just a hotel; it’s a post-apocalyptic wasteland of suffering. The moment you step in, you’ll be greeted by a foul stench so powerful, it feels like the carpets are made of rotting garbage. Forget luxury – this place is the embodiment of discomfort and regret. The bathrooms? Oh, you’ll know exactly where your money *didn’t* go. The ceiling leaks like a broken fire hydrant, and the floors are permanently damp, giving you that wonderful “standing-in-a-puddle” experience every time you enter. There’s mold growing in places I didn’t even think mold *could* grow. The rooms are like claustrophobic jail cells with zero amenities, unless you count the bedbugs as complimentary guests. The bed itself? Let’s just say sleeping on a pile of bricks would be more comfortable. And if you’re brave enough to ask for an extra bed, prepare yourself for the stiffest piece of foam that has ever been misinterpreted as bedding. You might as well sleep on the floor – it’s about the same level of comfort. The air conditioning, if you can even call it that, sounds like a dying animal and spits out warm, humid air that only intensifies the hellish environment. And when it rains, the ceiling leaks *inside* the room, turning your miserable night into a water park of despair. Bring an umbrella for your bed. Food? You’re better off not eating. They serve what they laughably call “food,” but it’s more like something you’d expect to find in a poorly-run prison cafeteria. The frozen dessert they pawn off as ice cream is a crime against humanity. It tastes like it was forgotten in a freezer for years and could probably double as building material. As for the views? Don’t even bother looking out the window unless you enjoy staring at brick walls or a dumpster full of mystery liquids. Sleepless nights, strange noises, and a complete lack of hospitality – that’s what you’re signing up for. This place should be condemned, not booked. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else. Sleep in your car, pitch a tent in a park, or just wander the streets. All of those options would be a five-star experience compared to this catastrophe of a hotel.

NillEthics less and money oriented staff Last Sunday I booked a room by giving 1000 rs advance. Room was booked by manager Bhuvneshwari. The room was booked for 13th October. Unfortunately, due to some reason my guests could not come and booking had to cancelled. When I went for refund of amount, she straightaway denied it and rather asked for more 1550 rs from me. Initially at the time of booking she has told that only rs 500 will be deducted as cancellation charges. But now instead of returning 500 rs (out of rs 1000), Ms Bhuvneshwari has asked for additional rs 1550 shamelessly. Choose this hotel cautiously

NillWe had stayed here as a halting point while we are driving from Hyderabad to Mahabaleshwar. The rooms are neat and decent. So we have booked the same hotel during our return journey. We have called the hotel manager Bhuvaneshwari and she confirmed our rooms. We have reached the hotel at 1 AM and to our surprise the receptionist said that we don’t have any reservation so we called the manager and she did not pick up the call . Next day when we called her she just said sorry and she is not taking accountability of her confirmation. This is very unfair and people like her bring negative reputation for the hotel. I request hotel management to take appropriate action on her irresponsible behaviour.

NillWorst ever management, I booked this hotel and visited with family in the late night and person named bhuvaneshwari (Manager here) also confirmed it over the call. After reaching hotel in the late night around 1:30 AM, hotel staff said booking is not confirmed and further stated all rooms are already booked. I was running here and there for another hotel in solapur in the late mid night.
