Hotel Nisarg Executive

On 28th Dec visited here with family. The ambiance of the hotel is superb, and the location is convenient. However, the service is poor, and the food lacks taste. Personally, I would not recommend this place. Don’t waste your time here.

I recently dined at Nisarg Executive ,and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The service was sluggish, with long waits between courses and a lack of attention from the staff. The food, which was supposed to be the highlight, fell short. The quantity was not as per price and lacked flavor, while the the small bowl for kids which is half of small scoop they cost me that also and it’s badly was served. Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired. Overall, the combination of poor service and mediocre food made for a less-than-enjoyable meal. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend it based on this visit.

DISAPPOINTING. This place is NOT what you've heard about. The place is huge, but they absolutely do not have the expertise of managing the crowd for the same- be it for seating or for serving the food. (They were seating smaller groups faster because they didn't realise that smaller tables could be joined to seat larger groups.) After finally getting seated (after a whopping 45 minute wait), the food was, much to our chagrin, not worth the wait. But to give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe their Indo-Chinese/North-Indian dishes do not match up to their Maharashtrian food standards (I'm Maharashtrian, so yeah). Would probably go back on a weekday with no crowd to give it another chance, although, I don't see that happening anytime soon.

Please do not visit this hotel, one of the worst food you will get here. I never ate such low quality food , tasteless and bad. Don't go on review of 4.1 because they have paid or given by themselves. Stay away from this pathetic hotel. I will never ever visit this hotel and make sure my friends also avoid this low standard hotel food.

Customer Support: Owner unresponsive to complaints. *Unacceptable Response:* When I complained about the spicy curry, staff insisted I take it or leave, with no refund option. Hello friends I had an unpleasant experience with the food and mocktail service. The restaurant was very crowded, and the service was subpar. I even found a cockroach in my drink and a lizard on the ceiling above us. Cleanliness was severely lacking.

Found a cockroach in my noodles, the highly hailed Nisarg is clearly not following any norms, who knows what diseases and what other insects lie in their kitchens. Deep’s disappointed and hope everyone else keeps this in mind before going to this place.

Staff were not upto the marks, their manner was very poor. Needs to focus on staff working improvement. Food quality also deteriorated not even at par with others in the food industry. Overall poor, ambience also not that good...with residential area near by making further worst for future endeavours..
