The hotel is simply amazing , Staffs of the hotels are just next level, they didn't clean the rooms after leaving any customer. Toilets of the express train is much cleaner than the hotel. I found used 🎈in the room after I got my room. Last of all Whole night concert of mosquitoes added an extra feather in their crown.

The most pathetic and weird staff and manager I had ever seen there so don't waste money and time cause they argue a lot in everything and use very cheap or chhapri language and worst services or no services gonna be provided by them you have to go to them for everything like a beggar. So i warn you guys please don't visit such a bullshit place.

Mannerless and rude staff, pathetic service, untidy rooms with full of mosqitoes. The staff Just know to loot the people by increasing the prices on their own. Will not recommend this place

Receptionist staff is rude and fraud they will change the availability of room in online when you will try to book they will ask to cancel the booking and ask you more charges. Small room with no ventilation

Satisfied hotel in Vasai is Mairead hotel. Good service , nice rooms, best clean bathrooms & reception is awesome 👍
