Hotel O by OYO Elegance Inn

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The staff has zero sense of hospitality and basic manners. While I was fast asleep in my room, they called me repeatedly demanding payment. Even after I explicitly told them over the phone that I was sleeping and would clear the dues later, they completely ignored my request. Instead, they threatened to send a staff member directly to my room immediately to collect the money, completely ruining my sleep and peace of mind.This is highly unprofessional and a total violation of a guest's privacy. If you want a peaceful stay and good sleep, avoid this hotel at all costs!

First of all its a wrong location on google maps. Go with the link received by oyo. Secondly they denied the checkin even though my booking was paid via oyo. Receptionist told me that they have told oyo about the bookings not available but he show me that there are severals booking still coming even they are fully booked. 1) Not removing there property from oyo and updating themselves on oyo to not take more updates. 2) Still accepting bookings even they are full booked. 3) Reached there and there is no hotels nearby as an alternative option. And its inside premises property and not on main road. 4) Also property manager was not picking up the call when contacted by oyo. So both of the hotel and the oyo are at fault. Third class experience in the middle of night. Waste of money for taxi and waste of time and the inconvenience caused.

I would recommend it, the staff service is nice. They fill your water bottle from aqua gourd whenever you say, even when I was leaving they refilled again when I said to. And the room was good too, properly fine condition AC, water heater in the washroom. Just some hairs, which was way less than other hotels I visited. Worth the price
