Horrible Experience - Rude Owner, False Promises, and Insults! I had booked a Premium Room in this hotel for 4 nights under the condition that they would allow a few hours of minimal decoration for my girlfriend’s birthday. I confirmed this with the senior manager at the reception before booking and ensured that the decoration would not involve the walls or cause any damage to the property. I was even ready to pay a fine if any damage had occurred. While the staff was polite and professional, the experience was completely ruined by a man named Parth, who claimed to be the owner of the property. At 10:30 PM, he barged in, demanding that we leave the hotel immediately, despite us having prior permission. He was extremely rude, abusive, and unprofessional, creating a humiliating scene in front of other guests. He insulted the decorators after the decoration was completed and ignored the fact that no damage had been caused to the property. We even ensured that all decorations were removed without leaving any trace. Despite this, his behavior ruined what was supposed to be a special and memorable day for my girlfriend and me. This was the worst experience of my life. I will never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. If you value your peace, dignity, and special moments, do not book here!

Absolutely Disgusting - Worst Hotel Experience Ever! I had the absolute displeasure of staying at this hotel, and it was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service is a completely foreign concept here. The staff were shockingly rude and arrogant, acting like doing the bare minimum was some kind of favor to me. Zero professionalism and even less empathy—if that’s possible. But let’s talk about the room—if you can even call it that. The bedsheets were filthy, covered in stains, and the blanket was even worse, as if it hadn’t been washed in weeks. It was disgusting, to say the least. I’ve stayed in budget hotels before, but this place takes the cake for being absolutely filthy. How do they expect anyone to sleep in such conditions? Zero cleanliness, zero hygiene, and zero care. To top it off, when I asked for clean sheets, the staff acted like I was being unreasonable. No apologies, no attempt to rectify the situation—they couldn’t have cared less. This place is a nightmare, and it’s clear that they have absolutely no sensitivity or respect for their customers. Save yourself the trouble and stay anywhere else. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

I recently stayed in hotel Marigold for 2 nights and enjoyed their services. I am giving them 5 stars for below reasons- 1. Location - it is located on the main road which is near to railway station. You don’t need to search much as it is tall building visible from far. 2. Service - had very best service from them from check in to checkout, everything was smooth. There was a little glitch about extra mattress but it can be ignored. For all other services staff went beyond expectations. 3. Rooms - were clean and maintained. 4. Breakfast- super tasty and hygienic, i loved that. PS: their in room beverages are on high cost, please avoid them.

The hotel is at a prime location of Bapuji Nagar. However one may face parking issues if you have four wheelers with you. Anyways, you can use the road parking. The rooms are quite clean and well maintained. The staff here is cordial and sincere. The food here is expensive. However, you can try their rooftop. It's a cool place for dinner. This property is relatively expensive of you compare it with other hotels in prime locations of Bhubaneswar. But one thing will certainly piss you off when they charge for water bottles that you consume in your stay. Does to make any sense to pay such an amount and then pay again for the water ? Everything else is quite good.

Not value for money. On Ibibo, selected it as it shows Parking, which is actually road side parking, so they are not responsible. If you reach there in shopping time, you won't even park your car. Firstly, ok for outside food, so ordered from Zomato. But they denied to deliver at room, so ask me to go and collect the food from the hotel door. Beds 🛌 are too springy and very uncomfortable, one can not even think to sleep in comfort. Food quality in breakfast was pathetic, so survived in toast and butter only. No service staff to carry the luggage to the car. Overall, no next time and not recommended to anyone traveling with family and/or by own car. RIP #HotelMarigold Bhubaneswar!

I had booked Marigold for 3 days... I can vouch for the top class service. Some of my guests went back confused... where it was a 3star or a 4star hotel. Aur bhai LevelUp Restaurant khana... gajab hai.. Chicken Tikka Biryani is my favorite. Audio Quality of LevelUp speakers are a 5 star.

Very Nice Hotel near Raj Mahal Square. Lot of street food options near by and also the taste of china is close. Rooms, Washrooms, Ambience, Staff, Lobby all is very nice. Beautiful hotel in a decent price.

The road infront of the hotel is very narrow and crowded, so not accessible by 4 wheelers. The deluxe room which we had booked supposed to have a king side bed, was very disappointed seeing it's actually a queen size bed. If you are staying with your kid and spouse, it will be difficult to sleep. Breakfast and service was good though. And location is a plus.
