Hotel O 77151 K K Regency

This is one of the worst experiences in this hotel. No clean room, full of cockroaches, dirty towels. Don't book this hotel. And also never to book via OYO they are saying from the past two years we don't have any tie up with OYO. So you'll be embarrassed as I am. And also OYO will put hands up and will only refund.

Dirty and illmannered hotel please stay away.i stayed here for a night none of the room service person have etiquette to knock door. Food tray cloth is so dirty that even a Floor mop will be more clean.upon complain service boy was ready to pick fight with me in morning when front desk person interven.|Washroom was super dirty. PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE ATLEAST IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING WITH FAMILY.Also they will charge you extra as per fabhotel irrespective if you have booked it from some booking partner||Frequent power cut with no backup for more than hours.

Worst, Pathetic ,Terrible ,Poor, awful Service and Hotel Policy !!!!! I was stay there yesterday ,I book a room for 2days and 2nights ,but I had to check out early due to an emergency. I talk with the receptionist guy regarding this and he agreed with this situation. On next morning when I was about to check out and went to the receptionist area and said that I already spoke about this with the other guy and I please refund my money .the hotel was unwilling to provide a refund for the unused night and day .They said that there is a policy of our hotel ,we can't refund you .We can give you a credit note but can't refund .She said our account guys are handling this monetary transection ,we can't give you money back .After arguing with the lady she agreed to give me my 50% money return .I have few questions here to the hotel admin - 1-If you are very street about the check-in and check-out time and you mention this on your notice board and every room's door ,then why not about the refund policy ? it isn't important ? 2-If receptionist is not aware about all the hotel policy ,he has no right to stand there in the receptionist table Is it right ? 3-I never saw the lady once in my staying duration and why she managing all the things ?If she handling all these from phone then everything needs to manage in phone . I saw lots of negative reviews about this hotel, still I manage to go to stay there only because of the rooms . (Note- avoid staying here)

Overall it is a good hotel except the toiletries and the over priced food. Staffs were professional and very communicative. Confirm before you pay online bcoz there is a huge communication gap between oyo policy and hotel policy. Room was spacious and sophisticated. Basement parking is available so parking will not be a issue. Nice rooms and cleanliness also somewhat good. Cleanliness can be better. They did not provide toiletries except a soap. That's pathetic. I don't know why they are charging such a high price for a water bottle. Although the food was good still the price is not justified.

Very bad experience. Room is not cleaned every day those are staying more than one day Bed sheet pillow cover are not changed daily. Charged excess 50% extra money than the MRP of drinking water. In Bhubaneswar all the hotels are providing 24 hour check out. But here 12.00 Noon check in and 11.00 AM check out. It means whatever time u check in you have to check out at 11.00AM. NO one is looking there to hear the grievance. Unsatisfied and a got bad experience.

Editing my review for the 2nd time : 1. Room blankets and bed sheets are not clean. 2. No water heating kettle available anymore. 3. No towels available, you've to get fresh and dry yourself under fan air. 4. Overpriced to ₹1700/room with even worse service, simply looting. Even ₹1000 rooms are way too better than this now. 5. TV not working. WiFi not working. Poor mobile network inside room (Jio & Airtel). 6. Park your four wheeler on the road. (Adjustable)

Have been an avid traveler, and been to multiple cities, stayed at different hotel. But whatever may my worst experience be, this hotel was multiple notch worse. Food not available, no travel assistance to guests, curt behaviour from manager. Rooms and lobby stinking since check-in till check out as if someone had a rough night puking all that alcohol and smoke they had. Lastly all this experience at cost of complete payment before checking in. No complimentary water bottle. Water thus provided was tap water. All in all could've not been worse.

* The room service was good. * Rooms were decent in size. * Floors were not so clean the only thing I noticed not cool. * The Market is not very far from here, where you can shop for all your needs.
