Hotel Upasana

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. The room was extremely unclean and poorly maintained. The bathroom was in such bad condition that it felt like a neglected public restroom — completely unusable. On top of that, the entire room had a foul, lingering odor that made it very uncomfortable to stay in. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless serious improvements are made.

Extremely disappointing experience! Worst stay ever! No amenities, AC not working, no hot water supply, and stinky washroom with water clogging issues. The staff was rude and unprofessional, showing zero hospitality. They even charged extra without any reason and denied to pay back when asked for a refund. Rooms were dirty, bedsheets were stained, and the entire place lacked basic hygiene. Definitely not worth the money! Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. 👎

Ye staff bht hi cheap or creepy hai don't visit there. I said once again don't visit. They demanded 3x more then their bookling charge And behaviour is the worst worstest gadar jaisa Gunda jaisa bartawo hai please ek baar rating dekh ke sab logo ki tvi book karen After paying the hotel rate this people ask for extra charges that is 3x more then the hotel room price. 🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢😡🤬 Hotel management is poor and the rooms lock was broken. Bathroom is just like drainage and there is no privacy in Upasana Hotel .

Worst ever hotel,the staff, owner or any other person does not have the manners to talk to customer and even worse are their rooms. No hygiene, no proper lights, ac not working, tv not working, bathrooms are pathetic, room always smeels like some pan tapri, bed was also wet. Do proper check before staying in this hotel, do check the rooms before payment, as we got scammed by them, we paid first and after checking the room we cancelled the stay at their hotel and we were denied for refund by the owner and the staff for almost 4 days, hence do not stay at this hotel

Worst gunda type attitude took extra money from me||At night 1 AM asked me for extra money and said oyo will refund your money but oyo refused to validate that i have given money to them even i have give payment proof.||Very rude behaviour, they came to switch on AC after 3 hours and said uper aane mai time lagta hai, when i asked for bath towel they said we don't have its a 5 star hotel. Stay away from here.

Stayed for 1 day.check out time given to me was 8pm however., they asked me to check out at 7pm. Disappointed. Cleanliness pathetic condition. Bad smells. Lack of proper lighting. Old bed, pillows & furniture. A costumer never go for 2nd time. Better options available near this hotel. go for these,.

It was very horrible experience to stay in this hotel because of lack of cleaning, untidy room, unhygienic environment, dirty washroom. Overall this hotel is not recommended to anyone.

The worst hotel ever stayed in...we just went to this hotel bcz of the location as it is near by from airport...smelly bedsheets and pillow cover, rude s5taff, ac not working, fan tv not working, bedbugs , no toilet seat ..the bucket and mug in the bathroom were so dirty that felt like vomitting ..outside our room there were all dirt lying over the floor..beer bottles just casually kept in the hotel lobby...please don't even to come to check the rooms they are the worst ever, the hotel and everything about it was very weird...please don't go
