Our stay at Cozzet Victoria was enjoyable. The hotel's prime location and the professional service provided by the staff were particularly noteworthy. The well-maintained property and the diverse complimentary breakfast options added to the positive experience.

This is a decent place located at the heart of the city. The rooms are normal size, it’s clean and well maintained. The staff is also very cordial, specially Mahalakshmi from the restaurant. Their food menu options were good. They also have a fast food joint if you are looking for quick bites.

We visited first week of November. Wonderful staff and amazing hospitality. All Staff is well trained and gives quick response and very polite. Hotel is very clean. The only drawback I found was , party hall is just next to guest rooms on second floor. May cause some disturbance. They have Crunchy munchy food court which just next door and serves amazing and delicious food gives you mini mall food court Vibes.

We booked for 2 nights and service was absolutely impeccable. Rooms were large and food at in-house restaurant was marvellous. Hotel is jus behind railway station and around 3 KM from Airport. Property is less than 1.5 year old and icing being checkout at 12 noon. Team seems to be working hard to for flawless guest service

Their restaurant Gossip offers an amazing breakfast buffet and some great options for lunch and dinner. The staff is friendly and polite. For the days we ate there, Subha Lakshmi took care of our orders and made us feel welcome.

I recently stayed at Cozzet Victoria, Bhubaneswar, and the room was very clean and well-maintained, also the food was good. However, I had an uncomfortable experience during checkout that left a bad taste. Upon checking out, the front desk attendant(I don’t want to take her name)accused me of taking a hand towel from the room, despite me clearly stating that there were only two towels in the room and no hand towel at all. Her approach to the situation was rather inappropriate and confrontational. Instead of addressing the issue politely, she seemed to insist on the accusation without any evidence or willingness to listen to my side. At no point did she apologize or acknowledge the misunderstanding. This lack of professionalism was disappointing and made an otherwise pleasant stay feel unpleasant. I understand that hotels need to keep track of their inventory, but the way this was handled was upsetting. A simple, courteous inquiry would have been more appropriate, and an apology would have gone a long way in resolving the situation. Unfortunately, this interaction has left me with a negative impression of what could have been a perfectly fine stay. I hope the management can address these communication issues for future guests.

This Hotel is in main Cuttack road. So for Location 5* given. Not much parking place is available. For Rooms in their site they mentioned sizes for Standard 170 sq ft. Superior 190 sq ft and Suite 280 sq ft. Based on which we booked 14 Superior Rooms for our group one night stay. For our Triple Room occupancy, not able to put additional cot and mattress. No space. Very congestive. But they cheated in giving Rooms. They gave only Standard Rooms which are also not in mentioned size. Actual sizes of all rooms not exceeded 110 to 160 sq ft. So they mentioned room sizes wrongly in their site to attract the people. The receptionists arguing with us about sizes of Rooms. Rooms also not given to us in required time or in check in time. Management is blindly giving (just kept in reception, not given in hands and welcomed) cool drinks/juices as welcome drink without caring customers interest and requirements. It must be given on customers interest and according to climate and weather conditions (hot tea or coffee). They Provided only small Standard Rooms to us by collecting higher charges for Superior Rooms. So careful in booking Rooms and pay only after you are given mentioned size Rooms. For Complimentary breakfast also they wantedly delay filling foods so that customers hurriedly go away without taking food due to urgency.

This is a Newly renovated hotel and very easy to locate. The terrace garden ambience is awesome. But the rooms are not much spacious at that price. Staffs are really nice.
