Hotel Sapphire Plaza

The only good thing about this hotel was the location. Except that had a really disheartening experience. The staff doesn't even smile at you. The worst part was the in house Restaurant. The food was really bland and had to wait an hour for order. The room is very small. Suitable for 2 adults only. I do not recommend this if you want to enjoy the Indian hospitality. To provide even a spoon the behaviour was like they doing a favour on us.

It was a pleasant staying here. Rooms are spacious and clean. The price is a bit high but it's worth it. Location is also very good. It's closer to all visiting places and railway station too. Staff, room service and reception staff are very helpful and cordial. Food is good but lacks versatility. Overall it's a good place to stay if you are in Bhubaneswar.

I was on a family vacation when I booked this hotel. The rooms were quite spacious, clean, well maintained. The bathroom was clean. The staff and management is so polite, humble and helpful. The food was very good, so was the room service. As the hotel was nearer to the railway station it was another benefit. I and my relatives loved staying in the hotel. Highly recommended. Whenever I visit Bhubaneswar again in future, I will stay in this hotel, no second thought...

Rooms are ok, but breakfast is avarage quality. After many enquiries and follow-up they returned my jacket which I forgot in the room cupboard.

The experience I have gathered after visiting this hotel is really great the rooms are really very comfortable and clean and service is really great you ll surely never regret staying over here and the food and ambience are really more than what you can expect must visit place and the location is also in main road so it won’t be difficult locating the place

Worst experience I hv ever visited this hotel. 1. High budget hotel as comparable to other hotel. 2. Unmarried couples are not allowed. 3. Late response by staff. 4. Food quality decent but price is high. I suggest each and everyone who wants to book this hotel, first visit, discuss then make payment. Don’t make payment first.
