We booked this hotel for 2 days. It was a family trip and we loved their service. Rooms were clean and service was pretty fast. Staff was friendly and promt on everything. Airport was nearby. One thing that could have been better is the breakfast. Not many options were available and taste was just okay. Prices for their food was on the higher side, as compared to taste and quantity.

I had been to this Hotel with my wife & daughter for 2 days and I had a great great experience.. The rooms are spacious, Cleanliness top notch, Food is amazing, Staff behaviour is A1.. awesome Staff services and 1 special Mention about Ms Anita.. She was so sweet , my daughter was really very impressed with her.. Also, Ms. Namita was too good & was so sweet & polite in nature.. Thank you for such good hospitality.. Will surely recommend this for a quality stay & would also love to revisit if I get a chance ..

It was my first stay. I had a very experience. Prior to booking I had discussion over phone and stay was confirmed at 2500 INR and when I checked in they have hiked the tariff and when I asked he replied very rudely. I was supposed to stay for a week. I was forced to checkout in the next morning. There is a huge water seepage from AC that has made the entire room wet. It was really pathetic. I suggest not to stay here.

Today on 18 December 2024 I am at hotel Saaj,totally disappointed with dinner.only 5 items served in dinner . Rooms are congested. I m stayed here with my parents age above 75, they were not even getting choices for food options.

Room is okay but the kettle provided by them is not working.At morning no body pickup room service call.No proper toiletries provided ,Bathroom are not clean,no warm water is there for shower,breakfast is not good and very limited
