NillWe recently organised a Birthday Party there. Everything until the reception started was good including the decoration and behaviour of the staff. The food quality was average. Most disheartening was the service at the food counters. It was very shortly staffed and mismanaged. Our guests gave us very negative feedbacks. It is really a feel bad experience whereas we had already planned rhis event two months back with the hotel. I would suggest to avoid this hotel banquet if the no. Of guests are approx. 100. They are not professional to manage the same.

NillIt was excellent stay , room was very clean & well maintained, food was good , staff are very cooperative, restaurant people are very cooperative, the housekeeping people are neat & clean, Front desk people are very friendly and helpful. NillI have had really unpleasant experience. In service industry there is no scope for negligence. Management cannot come up with silly explanations. Please treat both bulk bookings and individual bookings equally. You must take care of basic things like bed, bed linens, sheets, bathroom, toiletries etc. What is the point of being reactive rather than being proactive? In service industry customers observe everything and you have to live upto the expectation, afterall you are charging money for providing service. Usually repeat customers give you the best business in long run. Rest up to you. I am not going to visit this hotel ever again. There Is "LUXURY" just in the name, this hotel operates below the standards of an average cheap hotel.

NillThis is a relatively new hotel which has come up in the district Centre. Attended a business meeting here and found the meeting hall to be very nice and fantastic location in the District Centre with good service. How I have not stayed here so can't tell about the rooms. The only issue is with the parking as no proper parking on the road or valet parking.
