OYO Flagship Advik Cottage

Worst rooms... Even other rooms are empty not given on the lower floors... No towel no hand wash... Rooms are dirty.... No responce from the management... OYO should stop this nonsense illogical business... Most of the property under OYO denied check in... And treatment to OYO customer from the hotels are worst... Please keep option for negative rating

The room is good but the service is poor and they don't provide you blanket at night that's disappointed me Should look for better hotel

Absolutely horrible experience.The staff had a problem with the room prices even though it's a part of OYO franchise itself. Anyways, it appeared that the hotel staff might have been channeling this frustration, manifesting as instances of rudeness and unwarranted entry restrictions. Won't even recommend this to my enemies ever.

The Hotel staff and OYO offered an utterly unacceptable experience. Despite confirming the reservation through OYO, upon arrival, they blatantly rejected the payment and created a highly distressing scene. It was an absolutely horrendous encounter, and I strongly caution against engaging with them under any circumstances.

Worst room. Reverse of what's in the images. The staff didn't even know i had a booking. The bathroom was cleaner than the room. If you have come to enjoy your stay at bbsr, then it's a big no! If you want a one night stand...then depends on your preferences. Xd

If Negative rating possible I could give that 1. Hotel staffs has denied booking though same has done from OYO app it self and demand extra money arrogant and misbehave and threatened . 2 Dirty Rooms and far from picture shown 3 No room service 4 Not at all safe if you are travelling with family or ladies

I would like to rate this place in minus if it could be possible. I was on a vacation as soon as I reach the team denied entry to my sister as she was a visitor secondly the had a pathetic piece of staff firstly they will do mistake amd when reported they will come and argue , I sensed a discomfort at the room as the locks where not proper and I report to that particular portal from where I booked the place then I decided to checkout within 2hours and they where creating a scene before I check out. I terms of service it was extremely bad and hygiene was not at all taken care off. The starting of my vacation was pathetic if you want to have a vacation in a peace PLEASE PLEASE don't go for this place.

This place is run by goons. They gave our rooms to some other people. And then they try to extort money to provide us with other rooms, since they saw that I was with family with senior citizens. When I try to reason with them, they became verbally aggressive. Had to leave the place immediately.
